Managed to get 3 out of 4 orders wrong on an online order. Rice and beans for $50.00. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This location CONSTANTLY messes up orders. Entrees are always wrong and missing items every single time. I keep trying to give... them the benefit of the doubt, but it?s just a waste of money when no one can get your order right. Read more

I love chipotle but this location has been absolutely terrible. The bowls are never full, they are always missing ingredients... and have even forgotten to give me chips after I paid for them. It is such a shame because it is the only chipotle my area butthe next time I go I will be asking if they have all of the ingredients before I even order. Read more

This is the slowest Chipotle ever! Come here on a lunch break and you will be late for work. They do not appear to be... understaffed, but on any regular day, night, or afternoon, there is a line of two-dozen+ people waiting for online orders. Therehave been several instances where I have waited in-store for 45 minutes for an order that had been promised an hour ago. Thislocation should stop accepting online orders, because they cannot handle them. Read more

I want to love this Chipotle because it is local, but after going tonight I just can't justify spending money there. They ran... low on meat, and instead of having us wait they scooped out a couple of crumbs of meat for the rice bowl and the quesadilla onlyhad two or three tiny pieces. When I opened our food I was shocked that they had no issue doing something like that. I cannot eat cilantro. I've had issues ordering Chipotle online because there is no place to put special instructions. The last... time I called the store and I was told to put the note under the order name, which i did. When I opened my burritobowl.........CILANTRO. I tried calling the store three times and no one ever picked up and I got disconnected. Needless tosay i will NOT be ordering from your location again. I do not like having to pay for half a meal and throw the rest away. NOThappy. >:( Read more
