Dirty dishes and General Manager Matt said ?don?t worry about it? ?we just need to soak them they are stained but they are... sanitized?. OK I don?t care if it?s ?sanitized? I don?t want to eat food off dishes that I can scrape the residue off with thespoon I?m eating with. The dish isn?t clean. Period. You shouldn?t be able to scrape anything from the dish your food is on.Look at my photo. You can clearly see where my soup ends and the dirty residue begins. And the GMs dismissive attitude was notacceptable either. After seeing at least two reviews claiming they got food poisoning here I?m not surprised. Additionally theydon?t heat/crisp the bacon in a BLT at this location which makes zero sense. I know it?s already cooked but it?s supposed to beserved crisp with the fat rendered not refrigerated. Today I had one of my favorites, the Green Goddess Cobb salad. However, after eating it I got bad food poisoning. I had to... cancel my clients for my small business because there was no way I was going to make it. I left around 2pm and it is now 10pmand I still feel like garbage. ???? Often forget items in order. Terrible customer service with attitude. Today wasted 30 min trying to get credit card back, and... had to go through the drive-thru 3 times. Finally manager agreed to look for it, and found it. Read more
The staff is friendly and accurate with orders, especially ?GP?. They answer questions and offer assistance when needed.
Mmmm... Can the health department please check out ALL panera breads? There has to be something wrong with how they handle their... food. I ate half a sandwich with a soup and right away my stomach felt sick. It did not even take 10 minutes for the food todigest. This is not ok! My husband ordered a sandwich and he could not even eat it. It was horrible. The place seems clean but Ithink the issue is how they prep their food and how they store their food. Something is just not right. When you are dealingwith food you have to know how to store food and how to keep it at levels where harmful bacteria is not growing. Food is nice, service was friendly, BUT how can a restaurant can be so dirty on a Saturday morning at 8:00am!!! It really raises... questions about the hygiene standards implemented... looking at the state of the floor and the counters, I would not dare totest bathrooms or get into the kitchen. Good clean location with plenty of parking. It is consistent with any Panera you will visit. The service has always been... friendly and more than helpful. It is a fairly new building. I like the fee when you enter. They are practicing socialdistancing and making sure you west a mask. If you like Panera this is a good spot. Read more
