Employees need a lesson on customer service. They closed the doors early and tell you they only take the orders through... drive-thru. So once I get in line behind a 3 cars I get to place my order and walk to the window. The guy then tells me he canonly take orders from customers with cars. So I tell him I walked from the holiday inn we were staying at across the street andhe knew I was walking to the drive thru. He said sorry no go. Ive been in line on drive thru for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. They have 1 person working the front register and... the same person running the drive through. He messed up lady order at register. Gave her my order then after she was diggingthrough the bag and touching everything with her hands she says this is not mine and hands it back to the cashier who then putshis hands in the bag to see what's in there. He realizes it's my order in the drive through so he walks over to try and hand methe same bag that everyone had their hands all over and by now cold. SMH. It then took him another 15 minutes to get me a newtaco and chalupa. And now since I requested new food both the cashier and the cook looked at me with this aggravated look sonow I cant even trust that they didn't give me some extra treats with my food ???????? . They either do not order enough or suck at ordering necessary ingredients/supplies for this location. Constantly out of things... including baja blast, the mango lipton, chicken, and today was told "no chalupas because they didn't have enough oil to fryanything. Just close up shop for the day at that point. Read more
This location is missing the mark, regularly. The food is lacking & how it's prepared (hot and as ordered) is below the norm,... and they are constantly out of onions (this is not a supply chain availability issue). The service at the drive through,however, is great! Read more
Awful service, lack of any kind of professionalism. Manager argued with me over her staff?s mistake. Tonight on 08.14.22 at... 8:50 I ordered food. Waited over 30 minutes in line. No biggie, I get that it was a busy night, but my order was wrong. Went tothe lobby, explained the issue, and the manager told me to go back in the drive through. When I refused, stating that fixing myorder should be a priority, I was told to ?watch my time, watch my mouth, and watch my attitude?. I then asked for a refund andshe refused. Then I told her that I would wait for my food in my car. Instead of refunding me or having my food made, shecontinued to shout at me. Finally, she had my food made and (since the beans were messed up) when the new food was brought tome, there were only like four beans in the burrito. I filed a complaint with Taco Bell corporate. Just a lack of competence,professionalism, and customer service from this awful Taco Bell manager. Read more
If you come later in the night they will most often tell you they are out of everything except for beans, If you come early in... the morning some young man in the kitchen will be upset that he has to do work and fill whatever you order with nacho cheesesauce. Both of these thing happen consistently at this taco bell save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Read more

There is nothing like waiting for an order that has never been started. An order that was placed online over a half hr... earlier. Can't get anyone's attention, as they ignore customers. Then you finally talk to someone, and they would rather pretendthe order was never made, then hit the button to confirm it. Maybe TB should observe how McDonald's does it? As you can see I amnot alone in my 1 star review. This place needs new ownership Terrible experience and will not go back ever. Read more
