The customer service was lacking. The food was ordered and not what we ordered. There was a LONG wait with no one in line. 30... minute lunch turned into 1hr and 15 minutes. Charged $21 for food that we didn't order. Didn't go back in because I had to goback to work. Never again!!!!!!! Read more
Tall lazy male cashier was in such a rush to leave that he didn't give me a receipt or told me my order was coming. The female... employee threw ketchup packets and spoons at customers who asked for them. Under staffed and angry employees. I get it, it'sjust Wendy's but if you don't like your job then quit. Very slow service, and my simple order was mixed up, when I called to tell them, of course it was 'bring it back we'll take... care of it'... I'm pretty sure they wouldn't of wanted me to come back right then... I ordered a Baconator with no ketchup ormayo etc... I got a single cheeseburger with a ton of mayo, ketchup, pickles, tomato and lettuce... with no bacon... Read more
Not a good Wendy's. My son ordered a burger (which could also be made as a chicken sandwich). They made it as a chicken... sandwich. He went up to let them know he wanted the burger. They made it again for him... Chicken sandwich again. He gave up.Fries were also cold. They did make us new ones though. Read more
This Wendy's is by far the best fast food place I have ever been to (drive through) the lady that took our order was so nice,... friendly and accommodating. They put each order in separate bags and told us which ones they were as they handed to us (superhelpful!) THEN on top of that each order was correct and the food was actually made really well. The bacon was crispy, thenuggets were delicious with no weird spots. Overall, the whole experience lifted our moods and we left completely satisfied. Wewill definitely stop here on the way from the city to Binghamton again. Read more
I don't think I'll be returning to this Wendy's. I went in today to eat and the guy up front was fine, but while I was ordering... the workers behind him we're having a loud conversation with a bunch of course words. I got my food and ate, then I went back upto ask for a bag and about one worker walked past me while on the phone, and three more just looked at me and continued theirconversation. I stood there for about two minutes before the guy who originally took my order came back to the counter. After Igot the bag I heard him say "One of y'all could have helped her". Read more
I always try to go back and give another chance. Just got the brand new jalapeño popper sandwich and it looks like they dropped... it on the floor and scooped it back up and threw it on a bun. What a sad world we live in. They have one job, make a goodsandwich, nope, can?t do it! Can?t wait for robots to take over. Two stars cause they are nice there, they just can?t make asandwich. Excellent, went in for a quick pick me up. The only thing they didn't have was decaf coffee, but the price for a large cup was... under two bucks which can't be beat. The giant cookies are under two bucks which provide a quick sugar fix. Read more
