Service is horrible. They have the option to do mobile orders for faster service. Yet they keep the doors closed and you still... have to go on that long line and wait. The purpose for mobile ordering is so that we don?t have to wait. Yet I?m online waiting15 minutes when my food is just waiting for me. Read more

Got some fries and a drink, fries was hot but tasted like the grease needed to be changed. Took back, cook another order same... thing. Got my money back. I eat that twice a month, First time I had a problem but they was terrible. 1 star because fries washot, they didn't even apologize, not even the manager only did the refund. Read more
Customer service is rude as ever and rushing you to make your order! They onky have the drive thru open and everytime we go... there they always always give us the wrong order and refuses to give us a receipt!!!! Customer service is horrible. Cashiers are not at all welcoming and have no customer service skills nor etiquette! Their... attitude is that of "What do you want!?" ...with an eye roll. And if the horrible customer service wasn't bad enough, the foodis just as bad. I got a three piece that looked as if it was from last Tuesday. However, the sides were, shall we just say,edible!
