Always lying to get you to place an order get your money. Then they keep me waiting over 20 minutes for hot and ready when they... said it was coming out of the oven. This is the second time. It was extremely HOT ???????? in there this day, then they had a sign saying close door behind you. People we're standing... outside in the hot to get whatever breeze was blowing. There was no fan on. The online orders were not ready, so that waspointless. Nobody offered an apology for the inconvenience just went on about their way as we waited in sweat. I'm sure theywere doing what they could but a little politeness won't hurt. Read more

Great pizza! Hoping there will start delivering! Today was a little disappointing since they only had 2 workers at the lunch... rush. My online order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 11:15... but by Nearly noon, they were still behind. They need tostaff better. Read more
Food is always good. HOWEVER you can NEVER get through on the phone it is always busy. Or I have gone in and have to drive with... 3 kids order there and wait in the car for the food to be cooked. I have mentioned in store about the phone being busy and theyclaim there is an issue with the phones or I have been in there and they just let it ring and ring. You cannot order online atthis location either. The transaction will not complete. So although the food is good the process in order to get it isFRUSTRATING to say the least. Either hire people just to answer the phones or fix online ordering. Read more
Obviously Little Caesar's is great in a pinch. However, I visited this location several times where I've had to wait for the... "ready" pizzas. A friend offered up advice to download the app and order ahead to avoid waiting...for the hot & ready pizzas. Soall the wiser there, but this last visit was my 1st visit since that advice, and these were my garlic parmesan wings/soup. Thiswas about a week ago, and when I rated the app and filled out a survey about my concerns and volunteered to be contacted aboutmy experience, I never heard from any reps. It's not the worst, but it's definitely not the best...nor does it offer theconvenience it should. Read more
