Okay I know the reviews below aren?t the best, but it?s a whole new staff and they are so kind and sweet the whole time, the... fries were so awesome like mouth watering, the coke no longer tastes like cherry coke so love that! Horrible customer service! We asked if they could handle our group of 22 and they said they could?wrong! Literally shoving... orders at school kids?wow! Hollering at each other in the back. If they could work as fast as they flapped their jaws, they?dget orders out in a timely manner. Walking away from the cash register for 10 minutes at a time?unorganized, sloppy, rude, andsupremely lazy! So sad! Read more

Ordered a sweet tea, tasted it before i left and it was very slightly sweet. Asked to exchange it and a woman inside LOST HER... MIND . Cause i asked to exchange my drink?. Food was great . Service sucks. Read more
No way possible I'm going back or sending anyone there. Only thing that I gave 2 stars for is, the manager was willing to remake... my burger because it was pink. The cashier asked what was wrong like, that was normal. Then I was walking off to throw it awayand she said, no don't throw it away and she took it from me. Also, 2 of our drinks wasn't given to us and I went back to letthem know. The manager told the drive thru worker to fix them because that day, the lobby drink machine wasn't working(neitherof them). Sat at the drive thru order kiosk for ten minutes without being acknowledged, so I pulled up to the window and was given an... apology, but they couldn't take orders at that window and we'd have to pull around again, behind everyone that was waitingbehind us. We then had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes until they finally took our order, then heard her cursing before she turnedher mic off. The only positive experience was the worker who apologized for what was happening both times we saw her at thewindow. Completely unprofessional! Would not stop here again! Read more
