Ordered through the app....was told when my sister came to pick up the order that they had no drinks besides water and no ice.... They couldn't give me a refund because the app "ain't got nothing to do with them"... yet we ordered from YOUR store on the app. I didnt want all my money back. I just wanted the money back for my drinks. They also apparently were out of the fries, becauseI did not receive those nor was I offered something else. All I know is... they have to have access to the app to put what theyare sold out of... and they should have done so. I will get my money back. I am filing a complaint online as well. Hopefullythey fix the issues. Read more

Easily seen from road with ample parking. Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and seating. When it comes to food all Taco... Bell's serve the same food and the quality is the same as well. This is an easy in-and-out as they have two entrances, one whichhas a light leading into the shopping center were it sits and one leading into just the Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Good price forthe quality and taste of food. Since my last visit they've hired some new employees and they do a wonderful job of making yourfood correctly with just the right amount in each taco and burrito. Safety protocols are still in place which were taken at theimpact of covid-19. I've tried their new pizza taco there boasting about and I was disappointed but the new chalupas are realgood. Nothing's changed since my last trip and review other than their prices to go up a little bit but it's still a good valuefor your buck. Same good food, same friendly service... I don't know if they've gotten new help or what the story is but I justhad the worst experience at the Chester South Carolina location. I ordered a crunchy taco supreme and received three regulartacos with no tomato and barely any lettuce in a scale shell it's the worst tasting taco I've ever received from Taco Bell atany of their locations they didn't even get my drink right. Either they need to train their employees better or have someonewatching over them. Could be a while before I go back to this location... Read more

Ordering from kiosk should free employees up to clean off nasty tables and see about the bathroom. These individuals have no... personality except to certain people?no greeting or thank you from any employee and manager was the worst of all. Read more

My husband ordered the family food from this place. He got home to notice the whole meal was messed up. He went back asking for... a refund and was told the store policy was that they didn't give refunds. And they couldn't take back the food ofcourse. Theywere rude to him and threatened to call the police if he didn't leave. My husband is a very patient man. The manager was nastyand the girl who took his order lied. What happened to making sure the customers are satisfied? This is how small situationsbecome dangerous because people forget how to talk to people. And treat people. Never again this place. The manager veryunprofessional. I don't like to see my husband upset. Wondering if this is really policy. Terrible service Read more

Has actually improved in last 6 months. Store was clean looking and staff looked staff like. Good attentive personal service.... Did not have to use teleprompter like some taco bells. Food was nice and hot. Fair prices. Read more
