If I could put no stars it sure would be!! We had a bug in our drink. It was big and very noticeable but they still served it.... On top of that when we walked in no one greeted us and yet they looked at me and my husband hold our kids and went about theirconversation. This is the manager were talking about. I screamed excuse me twice in order for someone to come seat us. Theburger we got wasn't a burger it was half the meat bundled up in a bun. The cook argued with us that the burger is supposed tobe that way and to still serve us that same plate even after they took it from the table. overall TERRIBLE NASTY ANDQUESTIONABLE ON THE BUGS IN THIS RESTAURANT. DO NOT EAT HERE YOU'LL FEEL UN-WELCOMED TO A RESTAURANT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO FAMILYORIENTED. Read more
Good service, Good Atmosphere, the plastic utensils is a bit off putting, but that's where we are. Food was good but everything... was different temperatures, shows a bit of a "struggle" in the kitchen. The drinks rocked. Read more
Starting the review off by saying how I had VERY low expectations coming in because most chain restaurants and all Applebee's... have been kinda ick. I give 3 stars because 2 for service. 1 for the dessert. A gentleman named Cody was my server. He was verykind and thorough. Made my meal very pleasant. The food was ick. Like I was expecting. The chicken Alfredo noodles wereovercooked and tough and just a dry dish in general. However, the chocolate lava cake didn't disappoint. It was a goodtemperature and tasted wonderful. Overall, I belive all Applebee's aren't really good in quality of food. Maybe just good forthose that want to drink and also folks desperate for somewhere open late. Read more
I worked at a Applebee's as a host for 6 years. And I quit pretty much because of management and my coworkers. Don't apply here... or any other location. There are other jobs available that will treat you so much better. I was forced to work 13 hour daysalone with no breaks. Not compensated for anything. The managers talk to their employees like dirt and treat them HORRIBLY. Idid all the work and what no thank you? And dont get me started on the kitchen. This location sucked. The steak was hard and tough to chew. It had no taste no seasoning. $3 extra for nothing The onions... sucked which were extra. The two side were not seasoned. The potatoes taste instant. Were not garliced . The green beans wereok . For $2 extra AGAIN. U get 5 onion rings in heavy batter that will hurt your gums. Nothing was hot like it just came up .The buger taste like a Jr bacon cheese burger frm Wendy's. The only thing that was really good was the appetizer bonelesswings. All of this came off the 2 for $20 which is a false advertisement any way. The real price was close to if not $30. Read more
I wanted to try something different that I don't usually get at Applebee's Grill + Bar. I chose the Bourbon street chicken and... shrimp. First thing, they mention shrimp in the entree as if there would be many, but it was quite the opposite. I only hadthree shrimp a piece of chicken, and a small side of mash potatoes. The mash potatoes were pretty good, I enjoyed it. The shrimpwere also good, wish I had more. The chicken was okay, not my favorite part. All in all not a bad choice. Read more
