Went in this morning and they were super busy, but the girl running the front counter was working hard, very polite and in top... of it. Her manager on the other hand was just standing around barking orders and then getting mad when she wasn't doing thingsfast enough (it was just her fyi). She went to get me a bag and she stopped her and made her sweep the floor by drive through,then got an attitude when she had to get me a bag... a guy came in and told her he needed a minute, so she went to clean thecounter and he left and the manager belittled her about being so slow that they lost a customer. I told the manager it wasnt herfault and what he said and ahe just rolled her eyes and walked away. The girl never once stopped working or dropped her smile...if that was me, I would have walked out. Just a reminder to everyone that a simple hello, Thank you, and some patience canreally be what makes or breaks the employee you're dealing with. Read more
Placed my order at 3pm, didnt get my food til 3:15pm. I drove off going back to work, checked my bag and the warmest thing was... my pie. I took 2 bites of my sandwich(ordered a cajun fillet club combo) no bacon to be found. Why did I wait 15 minutes forluke warm food? 2 other cars had to wait as well. I hope they had hot food. Worst experience we have had at this location. Chicken undercooked, order not correct, Bo rounds undercooked and mushy. Area... where tea sits had gnats flying all around. No food on hot line near register, which was also dirty. Read more
I waited 50 minutes in the drive thru and when I got my chicken it wasn?t even hot, DO NOT RECOMMEND
The last two times I went to this Bojangles I used the drive thru. Each time they left items out of my order. Very stressful to keep coming back for things your ask for. I ask her for an Arnold palmer and she gave me lemonmaid. Like I... wouldn't know the difference .I ask for 2 sweetpie only got 1 had to turn around for honey and my drink. I ask for two biscuitsonly received 1.
