Food is surprisingly good. Has a spicy flair. But it's not Cajun. Cajun doesn't mean spicy. Cajun means meats that are... harvested from the land. I go here often because it is close, and as someone who works from home, it is quick and easy. Let me just say that is the ONLY... reason I eat here. THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE! I've been to many others and none are as bad as this... The staff do not care,and do not seem to want to be there. I have eaten here 15+ times since moving nearby last year, and NOT A SINGLE TIME has myorder been right. NOT ONCE. EVERY time I am missing food, have completely the wrong order, the drinks are wrong, the sauce iswrong, the sides are wrong, and / or I didn't get any silverware. It has become a joke with my partner and I to bet "what willbe wrong this time". Not sure were to start. This is not a one visit review. I have been to this Bojangles many times. And more that not the food... is terrible. The breakfast biscuit sandwiches are trash. The biscuits are always hard and falls apart after one bite. You cantell the sandwiches have been sitting because the cheese is hard and stuck to the half wrapped sandwich. The chicken is hit ormiss. If you get it when it's fresh, it's good. If you get it after it's been sitting for who knows how long, the chicken isdry and taste horrible. You would think with Popeyes and KFC within arms distant from this location that they would try andimprove to keep customers coming back. Today was my last time wasting money at this location. To be totally honest, Chesterrestaurants can do better. The food here sucks. Read more
This location ignores customers in the morning. You pull up to the drive through and.... Nothing. Nobody will acknowledge you... or anything. So then you have to try and find another place to eat. Probably wont be back because this happens regularly here,and I do not have time in the morning to take chances on weather or not I will be ignored or not. Read more
Very unprofessional. The girls in the drive thru just unprofessional. However, the young lady who took my order in the inside... was very polite and professional. I won't day what I really want to say, but just know, y'all need new staff, because they ain'tit. And the manager was no where to be found. How are u running your restaurant like that. Y'all hire anybody. And this isn'tthe first time. I think I need to call corporate to let them know how this is being ran. Read more

This location just can't get it together to save their lives. I pull up, 3 cars in front of me. One car in front of me drives... off before anyone even takes my order. I sat there for 25 minutes before my order was taken. The girl said, with an attitude,"What you getting?" When I finally make it to the window, a clean 30 minutes into driving up, a young guy says "You got the twopiece?" I replied to him that the two cars in front of me have driven off. Every fast food restaurant in Chester is giving youall the business. Keep up this sorry customer service and I'm sure that the numbers in this location will keep dropping and GMswill keep dropping. Brenda, please get your team right because three cars waiting for food for 30 minutes is not a good look, ontop of your staff being rude. The new guy was super nice though. They are good in the morning if you are going inside. At night the drive thru needs work. I have stop in there time to time my... family especially my wife. An they have messed up are order a couple of times. I know it is still getting through the pandemicstuff. I just won't go there at night. Love there food Read more
