We went in. Seemed like we were inconveniencing them by trying to get a table. We sit. Our orders are taken. We ordered an app... that came out with our food. My husband’s wings were in the wrong sauce so it was sent back. When it finally had gottenbrought back out in the correct sauce the wings weren’t even warm. We asked for celery she brought it right out. Then we triedto find our waitress so that we could get refills. No one was around. No one came to check on us. My burger was wrong but Ifigured I could just deal. We got the check. Waited for the waitress to come back and nothing. I went to the pick up counter andgot a to go box. We decided to just pay in cash so we could leave. We’ll make the drive to the next town BWW next time theyseem to do better. Read more
Me and my fiancee have been here a handful of times, and it's never been as bad as today's service. Or lack thereof. My parents... have been on the road all day and wanted to get some wings after a long day. We walked in, and a hostess asked us how many, theusual. Then lead us to a high top table. And then just disappeared. My step-dad wanted to be in a booth to be more comfortable,so he was asking another worker if we could be resat. She went to go look for the hostess who sat us in the kitchen. A fewminutes later, they came back and completely ignored us and when he asked again, they just looked at their seating thing anddidn't say anything to us. So, we walked out. I have been in this industry since I was 16, and it really isn't that hard to movesomeone when you weren't busy at all. I understand being short staffed, however not having the ability to communicate with yourguests and ignoring them. Something needs to be said and done about that with the people who worked tonight. Ms. Juanita is the bartender I would want every time I'm served a drink. She does her job with grace and urgency. I ordered food... online which was cold when I came early to pick it up but she definitely gave me a service I'd come back for another. Mon, We'dand Fri she's there. Come see her and be respectful. This place is my go-to for a pub burger or 20 wings when I want a bunch of different flavors. I have been to many BWW, and this... place always has friendly staff and decently fast service even during busy times. Shout out to the bartender working by herselfwhile I waited for my to-go order. Most places now are understaffed, so keeping a positive friendly attitude is worth noting andtipping. I'll call here again for take out. Read more
I will start with a positive. While eating in at this location, the wait staff is usually very kind and helpful. My family and... I really like their staff. Take-out is a slightly different story. While the flavor of their sauces and rubs is outstandingand is what has built the BWW reputation, the lack of consistency at this location does no justice to the brand. I cannotremember a time in which I received my take-out order as ordered. My family tends to place big orders, and without fail, thereis usually something (or multiple somethings) missing. While the managers have always been pleasant and accommodating (which iswhy I bumped the review up to three stars), it cannot offset equally the consistency of mistakes. The last time I ordered, myfamily and I had to go back because they had apparently forgot to put the buffalo rub on one of my wing orders. It wasinconvenient to have to drive back. but when you pay for seasoned wings and get plain ones, you go back. My family and I reallylike BWW...yet this location needs to really work on it's quality control. Read more
Food tasted strange last two visits and we made sure to order something different the second visit. Most drinks we tried to... order were unavailable. Chopped Salad had canned chicken on it which you wouldn't expect from a chicken restaurant. Server wasgreat but food took entirely too long for every table in the restaurant. The location is spot on but that's all they got goingfor them. We will travel to colonial heights next time. Read more
Things were not as they should have been but when I called in I spoke to a manager Michael and he was great and completely... understood where I was coming from. As this is my favorite place I’ll be giving them another try and BWW has the managerMichael to thank for that. Read more
I love closer to the one in Colonial heights and I prefer this location over that one. The waitress was friendly. She helped me... with my rewards. I feel like the rewards program should be known about more. The waitress brought the food out and filled ourdrinks without having to ask for anything. Everything was perfect. Read more
