4 of us stopped by Friday afternoon for lunch. We all wanted the Big Mouth Bites, and, OMG, they were DELICIOUS!! We had an... excellent waitress, as was the server who brought our drinks and food to the table, and cleaned our used dishes from the table.Overall, an excellent experience. Can't wait to come back!! I had noticed a year or two ago they had stopped selling bone in wings there, was delighted to see they were back on the menu.... Ordered bone in wings, buffalo, got extra sauce and blue cheese dressing. Well the blue cheese dressing sucks compared toHooters, and the buffalo wings were soo salty. THe extra sauce wasn't so much but the sauce cooked on the wings were, I thoughtI had ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings, the abundant amount of salt is why I don't go or order from there anymore. I would notrecommend them for wings, Hooters is much better. Or even the double crunch wings from Applebee's. Read more
Gone down hill, changing my 5 star review . New manager needed. Plenty of tables to sit down and no one else around but you... can't sit down at least.... "it will be a 30 min wait" been that way the last 3 times I have went there.... done. Crossing themoff my places I go list. We had the best waitress! My husband and I have been going there a long time, and never got good service like we have tonight.... Thank you Keke! Update: since then we have come back a few times only to be ignored by our waitresses. Last time we waited overthirty minutes for our food, the server never gave us refills, she even forgot what we were drinking because she had ignored usfor so long. Ordered the chicken crispers today and they were horrible. The regular chicken crispers are fried in a Captain D's-like batter... and while a little crispy on the outside, were mushy on the inside. The waitress brought the "crispy" chicken crispers as areplacement, but they looked underdone and were definitely under-seasoned (thank goodness for honey mustard). The fries wereoverdone. ???? The corn, however, was good and the sweet tea was sufficiently sweet. 11/2021 UPDATE: First time here since thepandemic began. Ordered the chicken and steak fajitas. This is my first time in Virginia in my first time going out to eat at a local Chili?s. This morning I Woke up with food... poisoning do to my food being undercooked. When I called the restaurant the female on the phone was already unwelcoming &immediately put me on hold for 10 mins, after picking up my food and heading home and while I was eating my food somethingtasted odd so I open my burger to see it?s still raw In the middle after I specifically said well done. My fries was burnt andsticking To the aluminum foil. It came to my attention though bacon on top of the fries was still non-cook. I throw the entiremeal away and wasted my money. Ordered through door dash and once again absolutely disappointed. The dasher was fine the food. First of all my ?salad? was... nothing but a bunch of lettuce, my burger, which I asked for pink, was burned and too well done, I asked for no onions and theyput onions on it.
