This was my go to Cici's Pizza but after my recent visit, I think I will drive a little further for my pizza fix. We arrived and... the young lady at the register was very pleasant. On the other hand, there was barely any prepared pizzas on the bar and thesalad bar was very disappointing. Most of the vegetables looked like they had been sitting in the same container for days withno attention. The drink area was lacking a good cleaning. We had to ask the manager to put some napkins in the dispenser and theutensils still looked filthy after we saw them refill it. Service was not as friendly in the kitchen as it was before COVID. Theman that was cleaning the tables made me feel rushed to finish my food and essentially get out. The "arcade" area ate most ofour coins and the prizes that we actually won were cheap and not worth the price of the machines. Read more
The staff works hard to keep this place clean. Came at 11:30am, before the lunch rush and the pizza was fresh and tables clean.... The workers are very nice and let you know when a pizza request comes out. I haven't been to a CiCi's after pandemic. This onewas a great experiance. I would highly recommend. Read more
Great food. But the cleanliness was gross tables were sticky and dirty, tables had plates stacked on them for a long while. Kids... were running around screaming and acting obnoxiously. Pizza was hot and good. If you get a salad be prepared to eat whole vegiesthe veggies arent sliced so you will get whole carrots and chunks of lettuce and more. Read more
Air condition broken! Had to be 85° in there! Dining room smelled like moldy socks. Unclean dining room. Poor choices of pizza.... Bbq flavor pizza is disgusting. Too much garlic on spinach pizza. Won't be back. Read more
My daughter and I really like coming to this particular location, especially when the manager is there. I agree with some... comments that the buffet is not always adequately supplied, however my family and I usually get a custom pizza as soon as weorder, so it normally doesn't adversely affect us. One day we visited and they did not have pasta for the soups, and my littleone likes their chicken soup with pasta noodles. When I mentioned it to a staff member, they immediately got to work and hadpasta back in the soup bar in no time. The times we are there, we have never had a challenge with plates and bowls beingcleared away. Every spot can have a bad day, yet my daughter and I have been coming to this location for a long time....and weplan to continue doing so! Read more
Food was good but waiting for it was a pain. Everyone standing around because there were no choices up ready to pick from. When... asked if they were going to put a particular kind of pizza out...mgr. mumbled and kept walking. I'd say the guy cleaning thetables was doing a great job. He stayed busy and was very nice. Atmosphere felt tight quarters and not very up to date. Pricesto me were steep compared to what they were. I had to push my wheel chair bound hubby a distance to get him up on sidewalkbefore getting to destination. That part needs to change. I wished I could give this visit a better rating and maybe it was justan off night but it just wasn't a great visit. Oh, and the game room ...nothing was working in there for the little ones.Ugghhh.
