I've lived in the area for 5yrs and this place is never stocked properly. It is noon on a Sunday and they have run out of all... bagels and, at minimum, old fashioned donuts. I normally love this location, HOWEVER, we witnessed an employee putting the whipped cream can up to his own mouth while making... drinks - as if we aren't in a pandemic and cold/flu season. Needless to say, we pulled off from the drive thru without ourdrinks. Read more
I ordered the caramel craze and they were great. I am not a big coffee drinker, but this one gives me the pep I need and doesn't... taste like coffee with sugar, it was iced, refreshing, and sweet enough. Read more
I watched over a dozen potential customers try to get in this store after 7 a.m. including myself. All of which were turned away... because they were closed in the inside. The guy tending the drive through said ?uh I?m not sure when asked if the inside wasopen.? Then proceeded to ask the other employees if they were open or not. My fiancés latte was mostly milk. I normally don?tget frustrated with fast food places, but was blown away by how many customers were turned away. Read more
Definitely a skip if you want coffee and donuts. Placing our order was smooth but when we go to the window, different story.... They confused our drinks with someone else's and the munchkins were definitely left too long in the fryer. Asked us 3 differenttimes what drink we were waiting for and you could definitely taste the canola oil on the munchkins. If this was my firstexperience with a dunkin I wouldn't come back Read more

Never again will I go to this location. First time I've been to a Dunkin Donuts where you ask the cashier if you are able to... load your DD Card so that you can receive points for your purchase. Cashier replies yes you can do that. After explaining I wantto add $10 to DD card and use it to pay for my order, the gentlemen states "ok," to which he then loads my DD card and swipes itto pay for my sandwich then swipes my debit card to pay for the coffee. After I realized what he had done when I received 3receipts, I asked the gentleman why did he do that, he was actually confused about what i was talking about. So i let it go andtold the gentleman not to worry about it, he walks away from window and comes back with a female, she walks away and comes backseveral minutes later and hands me my sandwich. THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED AND I WAS NOT RUDE IN ANY FASHION. I DONT UNDERSTAND,You be a respectful person and for some reason whatever issue she/he was going through got placed on me. Used to be the best DD in town. Have been going to this DD for years and lately they just seem out of a lot of staples. It's... pretty much just coffee and donuts now. Only bonus is the drive thru. I'm going to have to go to the other DD in town eventhough it doesn't have a drive thru at least they're better stocked. Read more
