Thus was really the worst service I've had in a long time. It started out good and we ordered drinks and a couple appetizers to... start and that went well and the the waitress disappeared and never returned to take our main order. She only returned 30minutes later when another customer asked for his bill and she incorrectly returned to our table with it. I explained that ourorder has yet to be taken and she informed me that she had been switched to the bar and would have to switch us to anotherserver. I then waited another 15 minutes when finally another server arrived which by then I was ready to go. I waited andwaited for my bill then I had to walk up and ask for it. The pity is the food was good and the lady wasnt rude just inattentive.It wouldn't have taken anything but a bit of proactive communication and some basic attempt at "fixing" the lack of service torepair this situation. After 9 hours on 95 we decide to get hooters ? thinking yum haven?t had this in like for ever? the moment we walked in it was... depressing? no one has been there in like forever? the ceiling was leaking all over the floor ? they have duck tape on theceiling to try to slow the leaks?!? possibly black mold on the ceiling as well? place was dead, 2 guys at the bar own othertable.. this was a Saturday at 7:00pm. Ordered food ? 40 minutes later ? the waitress asks us are we doing okay?. still no food?and the order hadn?t even been started yet. For so many reasons Hooters is a thing of the past. My wings were room temperature. Seats are torn open. Waitress was nice but blamed the kitchen in being backed up for not having... our queso out, she forgot. Food took forever and was not even warm. Quest and fries were great. Read more
I tried the watermelon margarita, it didn't taste like watermelon but it was good. For my appetizer I had the buffalo shrimp,... they were way smaller than the picture on the menu. Buffalo chicken salad is delicious. Then I finished off with their yummycaramel fudge cheesecake ???? Read more
I remember when hooters used to be sooo much better a few years ago. Service is now really bad and the food ain?t even that good... anymore lol. I understand that prices have gone up but the food ain?t worth the price? I recommend buying from Americas BestWings instead???? Read more
Don?t bother ordering from here if you?re going to use Uber eats? The Uber eats menu is not updated to reflect what Hooters... currently offers. It shows that they have waffle fries but they don?t, they fries have curly fries and they haven?t had wafflea very long time. Also if you order a sauce that they don?t have, you won?t get notified, you won?t get an opportunity to make asubstitution. They will just completely forgo any sauce at all because doesn?t everyone just love chicken tenders without thesauce? Also, I ordered the ranch for a dollar more in addition to my spicy garlic sauce that I never got. I spoke with themanager about this and they weren?t taking any responsibility for the fact that Uber eats presents incorrect items. Well thentake yourself off of Uber eats if it?s going to end up with a customer paying the ultimate sacrifice of what seems to be anincorrect item which would be the curly fries but the curly fries are all that they have. I got the 20 piece wings with the Daytona sauce. Chicken was great, but I feel like the breading that is on the wings isn't... nearly as present as it used to be. No real crunch. Still, good wings. Read more
The wait staff was extremely friendly. The place was busy but they still managed to keep on top of everything going on.... Appetizers, drinks, and food all came out rather quickly. Overall a good experience. Read more
