Ok let me start by saying our waitress was very nice and so was another gentleman that was attentive to us early that morning.... We ordered French toast with hash eggs and turkey sausage. Didn't care for the turkey sausage. My French toast...was lightbright and definitely considered just toast. So they took it back and browned it I guess. I was cool with that. Well my frienddigs into her hash just to find a hair cooked into it. Manager came and fixed the issue. Well by then I'm just like let's go. Iget home to finish the rest of my French toast just to find brush bristles cooked in it! Yeaaaaaaa... Not going back there. Read more
It was okay, we got to our seats quickly, ordered our food and drinks right then, got our drinks within 5 minutes of sitting,... then we were waiting about 30 minutes for our food we got asked twice if someone had taken care of us i pointed the manager outat the partition between kitchen and servers and said she was and they said she would be right with us, then shift changehappened, then a different 3rd person came up apologizing for the wait and said they would get our order shortly before runningoff to serve a table that came after us. All while this is happening a waitress is having a fit because someone totalled out thewrong receipt and put someone elses name on it and she lost a 10% tip off a $90 order which she kept repeating and sayingloudly. The manager was serving more than the waitresses that were huddled together figuring out the problem with thereceipt. We eventually got our food from the manager and ate up, the food was okay, it seemed cold, but I mean if it had beencooked 45 minutes prior and just sat there it would make sense ... we got the check and left. Stomachs barely full, $30 somedollars poorer and not in the greatest moods after that experience... I will still go back, I just gotta be mentally preparedfor it next time. Read more
Lily was the best waitress. She took such good care of my table and was right on top of things. She is enthusiastic, kind, fast... moving, hard working, & the best waitress. When you go ask for lily! Best service you will get! Read more
They gave us 2 menus, each with different prices. The new owners didn't make sure they got rid of the old ones. There was about... 20 customers and it still took about 30 minutes to get our food. I asked for my steak tips medium rare and they were well done,tough and dry. No juice left at all. The fried mushrooms and onions were good. They have new staff that don't know the menu andprices before being sent out on the floor to take orders. Read more
The service at this location was fast and friendly. The food was good. My only concern is when I asked for the military... discounts which is supposed to be 10%, I don't believe it was applied correctly. Look at the receipt below. I love Ihop pancakes and it can do no wrong in my eyes. When we arrived we parked in the plaza lot and when we walked in the... lady told us there was a 20 minute wait. I was shocked because it was in the middle of the day on a Friday. They texted myfriend when the table was ready. We were served by a really nice waitress names Kathy. My goddaughter ordered the cupcakepancakes, my friend ordered the short stack and I ordered the short stack with potatoes. The food came out quickly and as usualit was tasty. My friend and goddaughter liked their's as well. The bill for everything was $22. Read more
