Terrible service! I?ve rarely had an experience where the pizza was ready on time. My last order here was 45 minutes past... scheduled time, and multiple customers were waiting over an hour. The supervisor on duty came out to talk to the customers whoasked to speak to her, but she spoke very unprofessionally to the customers, making sarcastic comments and basically making funof them. My pizzas were brought in by another customer who had received them and placed on the counter. I was then told my orderwas ready. I refused to take them, but didn?t have an hour to wait for another two pizzas - and obviously the supervisor wasgoing to be of no help. I?m still waiting for my refund after contacting corporate twice. Make the drive to the Colonial Heightslocation - far better! Read more

Order a thin crust pepperoni and didn't mind waiting for it. Lady gave me my order and I was out to my truck. Opened up the... box it was straight up burnt crust all the way around the pizza. I mean burnt!!! I don't understand how she looked at thatpizza and thought? Yeah that's not to bad. He wouldn't mind. I didn't have the time to go back inside so I said hell with itand throw it away. Poor service and management. I ordered online arriving a few minutes after my estimated pick up time. After waiting at the drive... thru window for a few minutes, I was told they were waiting on my stuffed cheesy bread and asked me to pull around front andthey would bring me my order. 40 minutes later, I finally received my order. My pizza was cold and looked like they attempted toreheat it at some point during my wait time causing it to burn. My last several visits in the span of a year have all beenterrible. Read more
The pizza either cooled very quickly or was not hot when I picked it up, because after a 10 minute drive to the office it was... warm at best. I also ordered Crazy Bread with sauce & did not receive sauce. Usually this location has better service. Read more
Absolute terrible place to go to for lunch. Obviously the pizza is cardboard, which is expected but still able to tie me over.... After watching 4 different people get there pizza before my single pizza, while I?m waiting on lunch for 45 minutes and countingfor a single pizza, is absolutely disgusting. This isn?t the first time an issue has happened at this location. A few weeksprior, after being allowed to order and supposedly pickup in the lobby, they had turned there signs off and allowed drivethrough only. After waiting almost an hour for a pizza I paid for. I ended up leaving and giving up hope, and this pastexperience is the final straw. Please get your staff and management under control. This is absolutely unnecessary and is nothow a business should be ran. Read more
Ordered on the app and waited 50 minutes in the lobby after the pizza was scheduled to be ready and still no pizza. Guy running... the front was nice and apologized but had him cancel my order as I had a hungry family. This has been the rule rather than theexception at this restaurant lately unfortunately. I think maybe they can't hire enough folks. But it's come to the point thatI will no longer trying to go here. It's either really late or not at all. Read more
Update: Finally got home, and the crazy bread was moldy. I don?t get it. I never have a problem here during lunch, but after... about 3PM forgot about it, order somewhere else. I?ve been waiting 1 hour and 15 mins already just for a pizza and crazy sticks. Read more
