Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes then when I finally got to the window to get my food, they gave me the two adult orders and... told me to pull around to the front to wait for the child's happy meal to be brought out. Sat in front of the building foranother 10 minutes before going inside to find they had no intention of bringing the order out to me. This location has twodrive thru lanes but can't even handle serving one. If you go here on your lunch break, don't expect to eat and be prepared tobe late returning to work. Read more
The gentleman with the blue hair that matched his blue shirt was fabulous. He helped me out and made sure that I got a happy... meal so I could get the novelty Halloween bucket that my son wanted. He never slowed down the whole time I was in there andcould not have been nicer and more helpful. Read more
The last couple of visits to McDonald's was not a pleasant experience. Regarding the first experience, the employee that served... our food had an attitude. We went through the Drive-thru and our drinks were left out. We had to go back in line, which no oneat that time was in line. That same employee ignored us. My husband politely tooted the horn and that employee still ignored usand started talking to another employee. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. Anyway, my husband had to end up going inside toget our drinks. This was totally an inconvenience. The second experience, mind you, it was the same McDonald's (IronbridgeRoad). This time we ordered a d paid for our food, but was told to go to curbside service. I was parked there for 30 minutesbefore we received our meals. When the meals came out, the fries were missing. So we had to wait further. This was totallyunacceptable. The young man who was not initially involved, apologized. I politely said thank you and left. Read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Had to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order, went to complain to the "manager", who just couldn't have... cared less, only to find that my food order had been sitting inside the entire time, they just didn't feel like bringing it outfor curbside delivery. Burgers were cold, fries were cold, drinks watered down, and to top it off, they shorted me a Big Mac. I will NEVER go back here again! Read more
Twice now had really bad service. First time had to wait for forgotten food and still recived the wrong order in the drive... through. Second time waited 45 minutes inside. Literally watched our ticket be ignored as people came and went. Other customerswere asking for their money back as it was taking way too long to recive their orders. I will rate 5 stars only if this placechanges their restaurant category from "fast food" to "slow food" Read more
The service at this McDonalds is simply horrible..whether you go through the Drive thru..inside or curbside. I visited last... week curbside. There was a car to the left of me waiting for her order as well. When the worker came out he went to her carfirst and handed her the bag. She looked inside and told the worker this is not what I ordered. So he proceeded to my car andattempted to give me the other bag like it was ok that he gave each if us the wrong order. ???? So he went back to get thecorrect orders... He never apologized to either of us and had an attitude... Horrible Read more
Came here a lot, until this happened. Moldy bread, on my chicken sandwich. Luckily I was headed to Kroger when I went to eat it... because I was parked. I brought it out of the bag and saw it. I called immediately but they offered another free sandwich. Itold them the thought of attempting that after seeing it wasn?t my cup of tea. Needless to say, go through your inventory, keepstaff aware. This could potentially cost your job and shut you down. Read more
Cold fries, every single time cold fries. Literally cold. I keep telling myself it's a bad day, or that I just got unlucky, and... giving them another chance, but every time I go to this McDonald's the quality of service and product is bafflingly, insultinglylow. At this point my repeat attempts to get decent food from this McDonald's are little more than a demonstration of my ownmadness, as a more rational human being would have long ago abandoned this particular location for greener pastures; thisMcDonald's continues to exist solely due to the lack of alternatives in the area, and after years of coming to this McDonald's Ihave finally been so offended by what they're trying to pass off as food that I picked up my phone and wrote this review.
