It was good fast food definitely. Had a great experience definitely got it together over there.
There's one lady who is always a joy in the drive thru. She makes visiting there, pleasant. However, my order was incorrect.
I ordered a large coffee with my meal, but they didn't have any ready at the time. Disappointing part was, they never brought it... to me, let alone, let me know that it was ready. One of the employees had to bring their child to work, so the little one wasloud and running back and forth. Then, to top it all off, there was another employee wiping up around the drink dispenser, whohad their phone playing rap music, with explicit lyrics, for all to hear. I don't want to hear that myself, and I certainlydon't want my young children hearing it either. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. Won't be visiting this location againanytime soon. Read more
First I?ll start with the place was very busy for 1000 hours, granted it was a weekend. We had issue with the contactless kiosk... first and it took quite a while for us to get our food. Upon trying to find a table to sit at all of them were very dirty. Iasked staff if had something to clean it and was told they?d be out in a bit. After 10 minutes I wet some napkins and cleaned atable myself. Food was ok but just about Luke warm when we got it. Staff was super friendly though and when I found some thingsthey missed in our order they were quick to fix it. Parking and drive through is a cluster and hard to navigate. Read more
It's a McDonald's, fast food that's not good for you lol! The service you receive is based on the person in front of you mood. ... Sometimes you will get fast good service from here. Other times you will get someone who doesn't want to be at work as if youasked them to work there.... go figure! Read more
I love McDonald's. My friend bought me lunch the other day. What I love about McDonald's is they have great customer service... first of all. And second of all they've always got a deal. Went to McDonald?s a week ago, when I went to pick up my order they gave out my order to someone else , I had to give them my... receipt multiple times just for them to keep forgetting items and then turn around got him and instead of a double quarterpounder I got a quarter pounder that was obviously for someone else , and my double cheese burger was cold and bread was hard Icouldn?t even eat it , especially the fact I?m pregnant and I refused to possibly get food poisoning. A few days ago I had an order for around 9pm. I got there and they were still making it. That's fine didn't mind that. But I... dealt with a rude employee who wouldn't get me knew fries after I was given cold, rock hard fries. She said it "wasn't herproblem" then shut the window. Read more
