Now your employees claimed they did not have my mobile order which I do not appreciate. I had to pay out of pocket when I had... rewards to cover my cost. Not to mention Molly the beetle crawled closer than I?d like her to near my food which she laterdropped to the pavement. Just awesome! The team were dressed professionally. Extremely polite and friendly, greeting guests immediately. I was given a... number, and almost immediately after sitting, my order was delivered to my table. Everything was prepared as requested. This ishow a restaurant should operate. My favorite McDonald?s! Obviously great leadership and training. If the employees didn?t parkin mobile order parking spaces , and double parked at that , I?d give 5 stars all around . Anytime I?m here at least 2 employeespark in the mobile spaces and 1 employee parks at the front door every day . Read more
I am big on customer service and orders being correct. Kudos to both. We went at 9:45pm. The food was hot and delicious.
