Lacks adequate customer service and what is needed for your meal. When I?m paying 13.09 for my meal I would expect to have... access to the usual?packets of salt and pepper and a plastic knife to cut my large pieces of food. When I asked them (employeeand a manager) for salt and pepper and explained the rice was very bland.They said ?no.? In my opinion goods customer servicewould have offered me a different side if they didn?t have salt and pepper and I was unhappy with the taste. Looks like somebasic training in customer service and having the adequate things needed for your meal is needed. Trying to cut back on what isoffered to save money is not a good practice. Our order was simple, we ordered 2 servings of fried rice, 2 orange chicken, 2 teriyaki, and 2 string bean chicken. We had to... repeat our order at least 4 times. When it was up on the screen she had mushroom chicken, AGAIN we had to tell her our order. Wehad to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot, when they brought it out they still got the order wrong. They then told us it wasgoing to be another 10 minutes to get the correct chicken entree. We said, forget it, and left with the wrong chicken instead. Read more
Food was fresh, light tasting with so much flavor. Was unsure of what to order and Sue Sue was very knowledgeable, professional,... creating a warm atmosphere. Not a good Panda Express. Indoor dining was closed by 8:45pm (Thursday, July 28, 2022) despite the door saying open till 9:00 pm... indoors, 10:00 pm drive through. Drive through didn?t have many items, all quite old. Chicken with green beans was kind ofgooey, unlike any other Panda Express. Beef with broccoli side was ridiculous?the Total amount of beef would have fit in a smallteaspoon. Do not recommend this location. Read more
Horrible, horrible experience. Everything I was trying to order was going to take up to 15 minutes to get. Settled for what they... had and when I got home it tasted like tree bark. During the evening dinner rush this location had plenty of options and did not run out of the main popular dishes. The location... was not a clean as others that I have visited. So, we got our food to go instead of eating there. Read more
