It was fine, provided it was the night before a holiday. I was a little surprised to find that they had no chips or baguette... available as a side. I was even more surprised when I was allowed to walk right out without the drink I ordered with my food...They did have it ready when I went back in. Read more

Chicken noodle soup was flavorful, but watery. Turkey sandwich was horrible beyond belief. Thick-breaded sandwiches have to... have ample condiments, but here, I could barely see the mayonnaise or the mustard. I had to add 3 packets of mayo and 4 ofmustard to make it edible. With a drink, the meal cost was $19. How does Panera get repeat customers?! lol Read more

I ordered a fuji apple chicken salad with no pecans. I can only assume this one lowly pecan sitting in the middle of my salad... was some kind of joke. Imagine the humor if I were the type to trust my order was as requested, didn't look and had an allergicreaction. Edited: Decided to share the incident with management. They were very accommodating. Here's hoping they are morecareful. Some people are more sensitive than I. Read more

I ordered online for a lunchtime meeting. I asked for no pickled onions on my citrus Asian salad, however, onions were on it.... They were spread around and blended in with dressing already on the salad, so it was hard to find and remove all of them. Inaddition, a good amount of inedible chicken fat had to be removed. Out of three meals, at least one was prepared incorrectly, not good odds. This is why I'm not a fan of forced tips for preparers before you can even confirm your order is correct. Oncetaxes, a delivery fee, a convenience fee (preparers' fee) and driver's tip (voluntary) were added to this three-meal (only onedrink) order, the total averaged a little over $18 a person. I feel this is quite a steep price for what we received. Aco-worker said he would have gotten more for the money from Subway. Pre-covid, we often used Panera for lunch meetings, often15-20 attendees. We won't be doing this again. Read more

This is just sad. I traveling from out of state to visit family. I haven't eaten all day and decided to stop at Panera. They... gave me one tiny scoop of chicken salad on my sandwich. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in myadult life. This is pathetic. Read more

This was a nice way to relax during a long road trip. Staff was very nice, the location was very convenient the food was pretty... good and the pricing was reasonable. My only reservation is that the water tasted terrible Read more

All of Panera's food and drinks are good. At least the ones I have had. I LOVE their Broccoli Cheddar Soup. I ordered DoorDash... and got the Bread Bowl with the soup. It didn't seem like a lot of soup, so I am glad I got a bowl instead of the cup. The breadbowl is large enough to use again or use to dip instead (which I did). It is good quality bread and they were out of baguettes(I got chips instead, but you don't get to pick the chips on DoorDash). I plan to eat more of the bread later with butter. Itwasn't that much more either (I think like 30 cents?). I am not sure if it is less soup, though. All the sandwiches I have hadare good. Today I had half of the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. Really good but I would ask for more greens on it next time andmaybe a sauce/more sauce. I ordered the Tomato Basil Cucumber Salad as the side. It was good and will be a good snack later. Ialso got the Peach and Blueberry Smoothie with Almond Milk. Really refreshing. DoorDash is about a dollar more per item, FYI.It was all almost $30 and enough food for a meal and a couple of snacks. It helped make my sick stomach feel better and I feelpretty healthy after eating even with all the bread. Read more

I really like Panera, and I really like their brownies. It was not easy to get inside this one, mostly because of the location.... Parking is at a premium, and it felt as though they would much prefer I use the drive-through. The employees were very friendly, and they had my brownies and plenty of other baked goods. That's always a plus to me when it's not near lunchtime yet. I havebegun to notice, during this pandemic, that a lot of Panera's seem to be set in locations that are not easily accessed. Read more
