normally have good experience but this order was terrible! It was the bacon, we had double bacon & I had put in the instructions... extra crispy we by far had no crispy chucks of bacon, it had fat chunks of the bacon, it was disgusting beings my husbusd nor Ilike fat on any of our meats. I appears that the pizza was made FAR ahead of the time of requested pickup. The pizza was dry and the hand tossed crust needed... a knife to cut it. We ate half the pizza at supper because we were really hungry and then put the other half in the garbage can.Normally, pizza here is good, but this time it was one of the worst pizza we ever tried to eat. While we ordered Curbside and the employee looked at us through the window and we had to go in and get our pizza. The pizzas... was not hot and we had to warm them up before we ate them. Better customer service will get you to a Strongly Agree rating. Read more
What's a Pizza Hut tonight to get the new melt and a cookie with the ranch sauce got home and there was no ranch sauce with red... sauce when I pacifically asked for the rent. Call back.
