Ordered once through doordash but had to get a re-delivery because they were missing and entire meal from our order. On the... second order, I found a metal rod in my French fries. Was the only customer in line and after waiting 15 min for him to bring me my correct change I got a half made sandwich... ????????..it was him and a manager and they were acting really weird about my change, I had to ask him twice can I have mychange. Drive thru guy took our order great, best I've seen in a while! Great jOb young man However, hands down The worst Wendy's I've... visited in a very long time. Burgers were cold. I ALWAYS ask for a special make so this way I'm sure to get a fresh sandwich!Extra onions i asked for and have 2 on my sandwich! Fries are cold burnt and I'm sure the last of what was left in the binbecause they are ALL crumbles if fries! Had to ask for straws with 2 drinks? Disappointing service and lack of effort from staff. This location has been trending down for the last few years and today was... my final visit. What happened Asked for 2 large fries with no salt. What I got 2 lukewarm fries with salt. Its not hard to doyou take a bag of fries drop them in the grease. Once the fries are done. You fill up the fry boxes and take the remainder andadd them to the salted fries. 4 guys standing around at a drive through window with no other vehicles in the drive throughline.
