Ordered once through doordash but had to get a re-delivery because they were missing and entire meal from our order. On the... second order, I found a metal rod in my French fries. Was the only customer in line and after waiting 15 min for him to bring me my correct change I got a half made sandwich... ????????..it was him and a manager and they were acting really weird about my change, I had to ask him twice can I have mychange. He gave me half and walked away then asked me to wait for the rest ????.. ordered the maple butter chicken ???? biscuitand after pulling off noticed they left the maple butter off with only 1 piece of ????.. didn't trust going back so just feed todeer family ???? Drive thru guy took our order great, best I've seen in a while! Great jOb young man However, hands down The worst Wendy's I've... visited in a very long time. Burgers were cold. I ALWAYS ask for a special make so this way I'm sure to get a fresh sandwich!Extra onions i asked for and have 2 on my sandwich! Fries are cold burnt and I'm sure the last of what was left in the binbecause they are ALL crumbles if fries! Had to ask for straws with 2 drinks? May be keeping your numbers down guys butdefinitely not keeping the customers happy! Must do better gang. I WON'T BE BACK... UNLESS I WERE OFFERED 2MEALS TO COMPENSATEFOR MY LOSS TODAY. Disappointing service and lack of effort from staff. This location has been trending down for the last few years and today was... my final visit. What happened Asked for 2 large fries with no salt. What I got 2 lukewarm fries with salt. Its not hard to doyou take a bag of fries drop them in the grease. Once the fries are done. You fill up the fry boxes and take the remainder andadd them to the salted fries. 4 guys standing around at a drive through window with no other vehicles in the drive throughline. Food was great, fresh and hot. Serving bags were neatly folded. Receipt included in bag. However, I had to request it to find... out. This location accepted cash only. No explanation about why. Staff could have been more pleasant but couldn't focus on agood attitude with the shift leader not having a great attitude. Two meals ordered. Only one came with napkins. Nuggets ordered,they forgot to put the sauce in, but did so happily when we mentioned it. Not completely horrible for the duress staff seemed tobe under. I would give it another chance. Read more
Was disappointed in several areas with our visit to this Wendy's. The food was disappointing. We got the $5 Big Bag. The bacon... double cheeseburger was cold and dry. I swear it had been on the shelf thirty minutes past its shelf life. The chicken tenderswere mediocre. The fries were warm, about the only plus of the meal. The fries were prepared in old oil. Very stale and grease infused. This ruined the meal honestly. Wendy?s fries is one of it?s... staple items. The drive through was quickly paced. I only seen the exterior of this Wendy?s and it?s very clean and modern. Read more
We stopped in on our way home for a quick bite. They cashier was friendly. The fries were cold. I ordered chili, they ran... out of crackers but offered tortilla chips, that were stale.
