If you?re dining in, your wait time will take forever. By the time we got our food, it was cold. We have been 3 times to dine... in and had the same experience. Take out appears to go faster. The servers seem to take care of those customers first. Theyapologize for how it took too get our order. Other dining in customers were complaining about the same thing. It?s a fairly newstore. Soooo slow. Long line, only one of 2 lanes open. Then the food was only so so. Fries had little flavor. Texas toast had no... garlic flavor. Chicken fingers were good, but only one of 3 was full sized. The other 2 were less than half sized. Definitelynot worth the exorbitant price. I will not bypass chick fil A to go here again. Love Zaxby's food always hits the spot for great chicken and all that comes with it. Food was hot, spicy and just the way I like... it. Chicken wings were tiny, dry and tough. Chicken strips were good but nothing special. Chicken sandwich was okay, bacon strip... on it was dry and tough. The friend pickles were too salty so I threw it all away. Ate before at Zaxby?s in Alabama and it wasan okay experience but nothing special. This new Zaxby?s in Chester VA I will never go to again. Went through the drive through. The volume on the ordering board is so quiet i had to practically get out of the car. Ordered... the chicken club spicy sandwich with fries and ate it about 10 min later when i got him today. I can?t think of the last time ithrew up so violently! I would give zero stars if possible, but I?ll say one only because the coca-cola was good. After waiting in the line for what... felt like an eternity, and treated horribly, I got my food finally just for FIVE drinks to be missing. All of our drinks. Theywere irritated when I?m asked where our drinks were. Finally after receiving the drinks I get home and the fries were eitherburnt or raw depending on the meal. We had 3 kids meals and 2 of the 5-finger dinner plates with large drinks. The chicken waseither hard as a rock or we were missing chicken. Just a mess! I was so excited about Zaxby?s being so close to home. I refuseto go to this location again unless something changes. Where did they find the staff?! So far the customer service was great as soon as I got in the line there were two employees and they were going very quickly.... And not to mention this is the first time somebody has gotten my food right because it is hard to explain people to put the meaton the side for people who are vegetarian and they delivered that very well. Now they?re new so of course the line is long. The long line doesn?t justify what I received from them. The fries were sogs, the... bread was eh I did like the salt on it, and the chicken lacked flavor. If you want something comparable with out the long line,go to Hardee?s.
