Let?s start by the highlights. My server was amazing sat us down quickly and was very friendly . We chose our food and it came... out 20 minutes later I got my food and the dolly bun is burnt and I?m not talking slightly I?m talking hit it on the platedidn?t break hard and my chicken is also darker with burnt tips. After asking for a new bun my server says she has to take theplate then takes it up and caaryne then loudly says it?s fine there?s nothing wrong with it . My serve then brings me back awhole new burger because she didn?t want my food getting cold. Shout out to amazing waiters that stand up and advocate forcustomers instead of just brushing it off. My Mom and I went here regularly for weekend breakfasts. Some.of my best memories of her...oh. and the food was always good.... Loved the ham and cheese omelets. I ordered a Big Boy and onion rings this evening as a carry out. It was the worst. First of all, the burger was a double and I... ordered a regular. I took 2 bites and quit. I've gone to different BigBoys, almost my entire life. Never had the lack of service as witnessed here. Today we have 99 cent... big boy burgers, nice ill have 3, an cup of soup, an Sierra mist. 1st soup is 6 dollars, wow, paid for whole can. 3 burgersring up 11.99 alo g with 3 fruit cup, that I didn't order. Manager looks at it an says oh, its supposed to be 1 burger for 99cents and pop for 2.99that was never said. And had 1 drink no refill. Didn't want any thing free. Although I like Big Boy I think this Big Boy prices are ridiculous. I was craving their fish and chips. Went there for lunch. My... hubby and I both ordered fish and chips, I had water and he had a cup of coffee. The bill was $36.00 not including tip. I thinkthat?s a bit much for fish and chips. Maybe they should cut the fish portions to two pieces and charge less. Food was good buthave to give it 3 stars for price. Read more
