Let?s start by the highlights. My server was amazing sat us down quickly and was very friendly . We chose our food and it came... out 20 minutes later I got my food and the dolly bun is burnt and I?m not talking slightly I?m talking hit it on the platedidn?t break hard and my chicken is also darker with burnt tips. After asking for a new bun my server says she has to take theplate then takes it up and caaryne then loudly says it?s fine there?s nothing wrong with it . My serve then brings me back awhole new burger because she didn?t want my food getting cold. Shout out to amazing waiters that stand up and advocate forcustomers instead of just brushing it off. My Mom and I went here regularly for weekend breakfasts. Some.of my best memories of her...oh. and the food was always good.... Loved the ham and cheese omelets. For lunch and dinner, I either got the Slim Jim or Big Boy burger and fries, with a side ofcole slaw (the best) and covered it in Big Boy Seasoning. Yum! Read more
I ordered a Big Boy and onion rings this evening as a carry out. It was the worst. First of all, the burger was a double and I... ordered a regular. I took 2 bites and quit. The onion rings were cold and looked like left overs. I threw the whole thing out.If it weren?t so cold out I would have gone back out to take everything back. So disappointed! I won?t be back. I've gone to different BigBoys, almost my entire life. Never had the lack of service as witnessed here. Today we have 99 cent... big boy burgers, nice ill have 3, an cup of soup, an Sierra mist. 1st soup is 6 dollars, wow, paid for whole can. 3 burgersring up 11.99 alo g with 3 fruit cup, that I didn't order. Manager looks at it an says oh, its supposed to be 1 burger for 99cents and pop for 2.99that was never said. And had 1 drink no refill. Didn't want any thing free. But stand by what is being advertised by Waitress 99 cent burger. You have lost yet another customer, and hopefully more . Owner walking around there tonot doing much. Get a new manager. 1 star for at least seating quickly and coming over and refilling a coke. But upon bringing my food over, the waitress just... knocked over my dipping sauce from my appetizer by carelessly placing the plate and spilled all over the table, didn?t offer anyapologies or cleaning it up, not a word, then there was no butter for pancakes and settled to eat without, the food was not verygood. Shared a sausage and other said it didn?t taste good at all. I still gave a small tip but did not deserve it. Poormanners, and poor food. Won?t be going here again. Read more
We were seated right away without issue. The server was highly attentive and accommodated all of our needs. The food was cooked... well, the shakes were delicious (and the extra tin filled us up). In and out in 30 minutes. Friendly, inviting, tasty. Read more
This Big Boy's was wonderful all the way around. I can't tell you the last time I walked into a restaurant with such a happy,... kind, and polite staff. It was like the good Ole days. The staff was down to earth and on their game. The food was great, therestaurant was clean, and the customers were also very pleasant. This Big Boy is 25 minutes out of my way, but it's worth it. Italso brought back good memories of my grandmother. So thank you Big Boys! Read more
Although I like Big Boy I think this Big Boy prices are ridiculous. I was craving their fish and chips. Went there for lunch. My... hubby and I both ordered fish and chips, I had water and he had a cup of coffee. The bill was $36.00 not including tip. I thinkthat?s a bit much for fish and chips. Maybe they should cut the fish portions to two pieces and charge less. Food was good buthave to give it 3 stars for price. Read more
