I wish I could give 0 stars to this location because I would. Ordered delivery and given an ETA of an hour and 15 minutes. Two... hours later, no pizza. We call and they said their driver couldn?t find our apartment and brought the pizza back. They said wecould come pick it up since their driver was currently on other deliveries. We ask if we?ll get refunded for the inconvenienceand they said no; the pizza will still be full price even though we paid delivery fee, tip and it has been sitting there for anhour. Staff was totally incompetent and lack any customer service skills whatsoever. They simply did not care that they made amistake or that we were unhappy. We order weekly and will never order again. Whoever was on delivery and ?handling? the phoneson Thursday, September 8th from 5:30 to 7:30 needs to be terminated. This location obviously lacks competent management becausetheir employees DO NOT CARE. We?ll give our business to Jet?s since they never have trouble finding our apartment. Even if theydid, they?re intelligent enough to call the customer and ask for directions. Read more

Sad... Sad... Sad. Just tried to order online only to find out you discontinued delivering to our subdivision. We ordered from... you from day one you opened. It seems as though our sub is just cut off from the delivery to Harbor Creek sub. You lost ourbusiness along with many others in our sub. Hope you take a look at your map and rethink your decision. $61 & change for two large pizzas a cheese bread & small salad is ridiculously expensive. Can the people who work for you afford... to buy dinner for their families? Doubtful! I have supported Cloverleaf and the Guerra family since my mom for years worked forGus & Anna at the original restaurant in the late 60's and early 70's and that all ends NOW! One of the best pizza places in the area. Pizza was cooked great. Everything was delicious.
