I have been a semi regular at this location for going on 3 years now. I've never received bad service, and so a 5 star rating... would be easy to give. But getting service right is expected so i didn't go out of my way to post a review. To me a trulyearned review isn't when a business gets it right, but how they handle a situation when something goes wrong. This morning indrive through, something small went wrong. My sausage and cheese muffin was made on a croissant. I didn't make it out of theparking lot before i realized the mistake. When i entered the building I was immediately approached, I explained the situation. The staff here impressed me as honestly caring, they were professional, they apologized, and they made a new sandwich to makeeverything right! All this and I was back in the car to take my daughter to school in under 2 minutes! nice job everyone! iwish there were more stars i could give you! Read more
Worst place ever, customer service and communication is horrible. I would never recommend ordering a cake from this... place. Ordered a birthday cake 2 days in advance, had it set for noon pickup, some lady calls me at 1pm when i was on my wayand asks if I can pick up at 4-5pm. Um no, it's a birthday cake and we had a party to get to. So she says ok, she'll go pickit up and will take her 30 min. 1 hour later still no cake and she is now not responding to my phone calls. All the workersinside ignore me as I'm asking them questions to see where she's at and how much longer. Very unprofessional and terriblecommunication. Do not go here for your cakes! Read more

The girl that waited on me tried to rip me off, I gave her a 50 and she gave me my change back and kept a 5.00 when the cashier... machine told her what to give back, then when I told her she shorted me 5.00 she says I probably did ????
