Don't go here, there in another Little Caesars a few miles down the road and they are polite and serve decent pizza. Here, last... night my husband was charged twice for bread after the female cashier forgot our order of breadsticks. Instead of just giving usan order, she told us she had to charge us because we could be lying. How did you forget in the span of not even two minutes? Incontact with corporate but I've honestly never had this sort of problem before where I've been charged again after rudely beingaccused of lying. Definitely just avoid this place. Read more
P.O.S store completely mismanaged.Manager JOE has too many kids working who don't know what the HELL they are doing.TWICE in one... month I ordered a half hour in advance because I work nights,both times no pizza ready.I have limited time and everything closesearly.Now for the second time I have no food for an 11 hour shift.Thanks MANAGER JOE as I watch people order and leave while Istand there waiting a half hour after ordering and leave with NOTHING because I have to get back to work and explain to mysupervisor why I am late.NEVER ORDER OR BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! The young blonde girl with braided pigtails and her hat on backwards was very rude and disrespectful to customers, laughing and... saying ?I didn?t care?. Everything is just a big joke to her and if she worked for me I would fire her. I understand mistakeshappen but this was a lack of care and attention to detail. The manager that came in and started his shift did handle thingsvery well and did what he could to correct the 6 incorrect orders. In the end it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for me to receive 1cheese pizza from the time that I ordered it online. Read more
I always thought they had cheese and pepperoni hot and ready. I went in and got 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese and 2 crazy combos. ... After I paid, They told me 10 to 15 minute wait. If I would of knowed that before I ordered I would of went elsewhere. Read more
I've tried this location 3 time's for the crazy bread and it's always over cooked, no butter and no parmesan. While I was there... a guy behind the counter was yelling at the girl on the register. Pretty unprofessional and I felt really bad for the girl, oncein a while I get a craving but next time I won't be going to this location! Read more
I?d like to give the location 5 stars. The pizza is always good and the service is fine. Unfortunately this location is 0 for 3... on getting my online order right the first time. Management makes it right with a free 2L and correcting the pizza, but itshouldn?t be this way. Read more
Little Caesars Pizza, home of the cardboard crust, or is it? This store especially has done an excellent job. I don't know how... they do it if they are all supplied from the same place, but it's just better than your average little Caesars. Well I can sayfor one thing, those brown speckles are key, and they always seem to have that perfectly mottled surface that brings out theflavor of the cheese and proper texture. Super secret amazing order: cheese pizza, w/ Italian seasoning and butter *all over*.No parmesan, I don't have anything against the cheese, it's just too strong and messes throws it off. Butter all over becausejust the seasoning can make it a bit dry, and you have to have them put the seasoning on because the zap packs are differentthan what they put on the Italian cheese bread. Every time I come here something is always wrong with my food. Last time there was hair in my pizza this time my pizza was cold,... it was supposed to have light sauce; literally looks like they took 2 hot and ready pizzas and gave me that. I asked for butterand parm on the crust which it looked like they barely put anything on it and got 2 crazy breads with extra butter and parmfirst the lady tried to hand me crazy bread from the box so I said something then she put it back went around the corner andbrought me different bags which when I got home was not what I ordered or paid for. Really disappointed from now on I'll just goto new Baltimore little caesars. Read more
