I went to this location 8/24/22 @ 3pm. Sean was our server and I can honestly say he is the best waiter I’ve ever had in any... establishment I’ve been to. He was so friendly and personable. 10/10 recommend Sean and this restaurant(best location I’vebeen to). Food was so fresh and tasty and of course the rolls with the butter were 10000/10. Great experience on a very very busy day!! Lexy was our waitress and she went above and beyond. Mother's day and our daughters... birthday dinner turned out great. Drinks were yummy as always! This was really a 3.5 but I rounded up for the excellent service. We ordered steaks and they were pretty good. The burger was... way undercooked but we just left that alone. There is high volume turnout here so the fact that they get all this togetherquickly is impressive. Our waitress was excellent. The drinks were excellent too. I'd recommend visiting during off peak hours.I also think they could deep clean this place and it would bring the overall experience up. Read more

Usually love texas roadhouse, dine in almost weekly. Yesterday I ordered a carry out and came to pick it up. I told them my name... and they gave me one bag with one meal in it when I had ordered 4 meals total. I told them I was missing 3 more sirloin mealsand they carelessly grabbed another bag and gave it to me and I left. I got home and realized they had given us the completewrong order and we had another persons bag. The first bag was correct, but the second bag they gave us belonged to someone else.Had to drive all the way back and when we got there they said “We gave you the wrong order didn’t we?” as they hadrecognized me. They gave us our correct order and were not apologetic and seemed not to care. When I had finally gotten homeagain after all this my food was ice cold and my medium rare steak looked very rare. This location is always busy, but they were quick to get us seated. Staff was nice and the food was decent, but they are now... using the self checkout/order table kiosks. The waitress still takes your order, which is preferred, but these kiosks are a highrisk for someone to steal your credit/debit card information. Not a fan. Read more
