Food is usually pretty good, service is normally prompt and courteous.
Always good food.. Tried the new strawberry frosty. It was ok. Nothing beats the original chocolate. Clean bathroom but the baby... changing station needs fixed. Its not mounted to the wall properly it was definitely not safe to lay my granddaughter on safely.But love the 4 for 4.00 meal deals. Read more
The new Wendy's on 26 mile road was out of frosty's for the day when we visited. So we went to the one on Gratiot and 23 mile... rd. At the 2nd location we placed our order at the drive-thru picked it up and paid at the window and left. The food was finehowever the frosty was liquid. You could drink it through a straw if we had one. For a place that has always centered aroundthe frosty they have failed. Read more
So we have had this Wendy's on a Time Out since 2017. At any rate Monday 6/2 I worked late and decided to try this location... again. Ordered a Dave's Double, & an order of Baconator Fries at the drove thru. I live about 2 miles away. Well O was verysurprised that my burger was hot and fresh, and the Baconator Fries were awesome.my wife actually stole most of the fries andloved them So tonight we decided to try you again. May 7, 6:12PM receipt # $30135 for $22.42 at drive thru. Got home andrealized that I was short thr medium frosty. Both of the Baconator Fried were barely Luke warm. They had just laid straps ofbacon on top. Monday the bacon was broken up and mixed in with the order. Wife's Homestyle Chicken was hot and she liked it. MyDouble was way overcooked and near black at edges. It was also cool not even Luke warm. I will take credit for the missingFrosty. I ordered it and I should have realized it was missing before I left the drive thru. Looks like this Wendy's is back onTime Out. This issue falls on the Management of this store. He or She needs to stay on top of what his employees are serving toguests in terms of quality and temperature. If the employees know he/she does not check they get lazy. If the Manager is alwayschecking what is coming out of the kitchen, and calls them out on it the problem goes away. If not, the customers go away. whichis what we are doing. Read more
I orderd a spicy chicken sandwich at this location and this was the THIRD time I received it RAW! I will never go back here and... hope to figure out who the owner is of this location. If you are in the area I suggest driving down to 23 mile rd Wendy's in NewBaltimore. Their food is always fresh and cooked all the way through!! The worst part is the manager didn?t even know how to putmy money back on my credit card! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Read more
Just went through the drive thru and the bigger black lady at the window didn't say anything as she handed us the our bag of... food. And continued to talk to a another worker. . Umm? Okay.. guess I just paid 20$ for 2 meals and crappy customer service!Next time I'll go to a restaurant for that price! ???????????????? Ignoring the customer=get a different job! Never underestimate the flavor of a spicy chicken sandwich. It was hot and tasty. There was actually no lettuce in it, a sign in... the counter pointed out the lettuce shortage.... But the sandwich was good. I like their fries and I had the chocolate Frosty. Ialso snuck in a four pc off the spicy chicken nuggets. Some sweet and sour sauce and boom. Lunch was served. It's not gormet didas we all know but it's good sometimes. The service was good and I ate outside at the provided picnic table. Read more
