Portions have become very small. The kid making my burrito seemed like he didn't care. I was working outside today in 10F... weather and was looking forward to having a nice meal hot meal for lunch. We waited in line for 20 minutes to get our food which was understandable because they were making an online order. I believe... your system was down so we didn?t get a receipt for our food. Me and my dad had ordered food and the chicken on both of ourmeals was badly burnt so we couldn?t eat our food. Ordered a bowl with double steak. Again they failed to x2 the meat. Back in the day when they charged 2-3 bucks, that was one... thing, but it?s $6+ for extra steak, making the dish $24. I?d say you get what you pay for, but it?s not that cheap anymore. For the price, they sure don?t put any effort in to even getting the order right. Read more

I'm done with Chipotle, there are enough options to fill their space. Last meal was a disaster. Due to Covid, we did carry out.... Got home to find that my son's order was almost completely wrong. He ordered soft tacos, they gave him hard shells. He asked forQueso, they gave him none. We had soft shells at home, and found that the amount of food they gave him in 3 hard shells wasenough to fill ONE soft shell. My wife's and my bowls were cold, not warm, literally cold. We warmed them up in the microwave tomake the most of it. I called and spoke to the manager and asked for a refund on my son's meal (since it was wrong), I didn'task for anything for the others. I had the order #, but they wanted the name on the order -- an order number isn't the best wayto ensure you don't refund the wrong order??? You'll be shocked to learn that they never issued the refund. It wasn't a bigrefund, it's the principle. But apparently it was more than our previous and future business is worth to them. Attached arepictures of the sticker that shows what we ordered vs what we got and how little food was included. Save yourself thefrustration, go somewhere else. Read more

I was SO HUNGRY and this burrito bowl was SO GOOD. Literally hit the spot. Tasted so fresh, and I felt like I was eating healthy... and clean. Guacamole tasted fresh and oh so good.
