Classic Red Hots Albasha is run by a lovely Jordanian couple who offer authentic Mediterranean and classic Jordanian dishes. ... The food seems as if you were a guest at their home. The Lamb Mansef, pictured, is a famous Jordanian dish, which is myfavorite. The sauce is yogurt based but yet has a buttery flavor combined with fresh garlic. The lamb is incredibly tender.
