I am shocked by the previous review. Espinos is my favorite restaurant in the city! The food is unique and exceptional every... time I am there. Out of town family and friends love it and ask to come back. I always eat in the bar if Patty is there. Idon’t know of a more personable and talented bartender than Patty. Since I eat every visit I feel I can review their foodunlike some who must feel they can review food that they haven’t eaten. Read more

Walking in I was excited to try this place and I was greeted by a hostess that didn’t want to do her job. I walked in and said... that I had 5 and that we would love to sit outside, there was live music. She said we don’t have any tables, and I respondedwith I saw one in the corner and she said that there was not enough chairs. I stated that we would love to sit out there if wecould get enough chairs, and she said that I could go check myself if I Wanted, with raised eyebrows as if I was trying tocorrect her. I said it was okay and we could just stay inside. She then brought us to a dirty table. FYI the menu prices onlinedo not reflect the actual prices. Espino's is an amazing restaurant owned by a great family. I went expecting to order a Mexican dish but ended up getting the... mahi mahi special. It was delicious! The server was amazing as well. Super friendly with great food and drink recommendations(for the drink she recommended the top shelf margarita with a splash of cranberry juice added - I liked it was an actualpersonal recommendation, not a generic one like I usually get at restaurants). Me and my husband had a very overdue date night! We have face a lot of struggles this year! So we wanted something out of our... norm. And boy the food, atmosphere and employees and service where such a delight. I have read some reviews and was sadden tosee some poor reviews but we had a great time. Don't take life for granted. The atmosphere is laid back and quite refreshing. The staff was very helpful and had a conversation with me. A special thanks... to Patty and CC. They were amazing to speak with. The ribs were second to none, for I have ate all across the country. That iswhat I do, travel and eat new exciting foods. The ribs were moist, delicious, wholesome and full of flavors!
