The food is ok. normally, Jimmy John's sandwiches taste fresh, but the meat at this location has not been good on several... occasions. The staff is excellent, which is why I continue to go, but I find myself leaning towards the Panera across the streetif I'm in the mood for a sandwich. Read more

I love JJs but this location is absolutely terrible. Every time I order here it takes forever. Today I ordered online an hour... in advance and it was still 17 minutes late. Not fast. You won't freak. But you might lose your mind waiting in the overcrowdedclaustrophobic dining area while your order is slowly put together. Read more

I wish I would have read reviews before even attempting to stop. We walk in at lunch time and there is no one there (also a bad... sign). The girl at the counter tells me they are checking if they have bread. I stand there a few min and she tells me they haveto check with their manager to see if they have bread. There were probably 5 or 6 teens just standing around. I just told hernever mind and walked out. How do you sell sandwiches with no bread? Read more

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would the first order took an hour and a half to get her an it was wrong. The reason I was... told was they ran out of bread. Really come on. Got a store credit so thought I would give them a second chance it took 45minutes to get her now we are located 3.1 miles away from there store. Spoke to the Store MGR DAN very rude acted like I wasbothering him. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I order from JImmy John's. Read more

If I could give a score lower than 1 I would. AWFUL service. I am unable to leave because of my job so I had it delivered, I... work RIGHT ACROSS the street, maybe 2 minute drive. Ordered at 11:56am, 1 comes around; still no food. Track the order, said itwas delivered but was not. Had a coworker call due to me being busy, he cussed at her and said to call back in 30 minutes whenthe manager was back.. Not sure why they would leave someone untrained alone at the restaurant incase an issue were to arise;like one did. This is the second time this has happened from this location. I understand that the demand exceeds supply when it comes to order delivery, but I am very unimpressed with my order arriving... over an hour after it was placed despite being only 7 mins from the store, and several items missing from my sandwich and order.I recommend going in person and having exactly everything you need in mind or else they?ll short you. Absolutely no customer service. Ordered at 1130. No food at 130. App tracking said on the way for 1 hour and 40 minutes. No... apology. No offer of free sandwich next day. Just too bad. Can?t make the delivery. Charged my debit card. You would think JJ?swould appreciate customers that are willing to pay more than $11 for a tuna sandwich. Not. Alex the child manager has badattitude about his inept customer service. This place is a hole. Makes my skin crawl. Back to subway. Read more
