After ordering on the app and checking in we were given the wrong order 2 times. So we went in and were ignored ay first and... then practically thrown another order that wasn't ours. As we explained what had been going on for almost 40inutes we were toldour attitude was bad. And given the right order with all patties on 2 burgers RAW !!! Read more

Spent $31 only to receive the wrong order (half of it missing) with a half filled fry. Tried to ask the associate about my order... at the window but they either had no idea what was going on or acted like they couldn?t understand me. Read more

Was in the drive thru...but both of the staff members at the windows today where professional, fun and repeated my order back... correctly. However. Even though repeating the order correctly they still forgot the sauces, napkins and straws. Buthey....only took 36 secs in the driverhru...??????? Read more

This particular McDonald's is really hit or miss. Sometimes you come here and people are working well together, the line is... moving, and it's the ideal experience. Other times you come here and the line does not move, you can hear people shouting ateach other and cursing, and it's like your paying money to have your purchased items shoved out the window at your face by anemployee who isn't even looking at you and when they speak they have this tone of F U. And that is if they don't just decide toturn off the lights and close early because they don't want to be busy right before close. I usually only try eat here if I'mstarving and I have enough app points to eat free. I use to love eating here but now.... Eh.... I check back in every now andthen but after the rude way the woman at the second window treated us today, it will be a while before I check back in here.Best of luck to you if you choose to dine here. I don't know who manages this location and I don't normally even think much about fast food. Normally the food looks like it was... slapped together, the employees are asking a million unwanted questions, and trying to get you to donate, like some beggar ortrying to sell ya something you don't even want. I've been eating McDonald's food all over the united states since they firstcame to my neighborhood over 40 years ago. This is the best McDonald's I've ever seen. The food is great! I like going here, mostly their drive thru are super fast. During breakfast times they do good job, only reason giving 4 star is... when they making their ice coffee or Ice caramel Macchiato they put too much syrup, you can?t really taste the coffee literallyplain sugar. Sometimes they make right amount sometimes it?s too much. Read more

You know the feeling when you?ve had a long day, it?s late, and you are too tired to make dinner? That was me tonight. Looking... up possible after 9pm dinner options I was relieved when I saw that this McDonalds was still open. Order placed, paid, andreceived. On the way home I decided to save my main entree and eat my fries in the car as a little appetizer. Get home. Slipinto my comfy pants and get ready to enjoy the unique flavor of a fish filet sandwich ordered just the way I like no cheeseextra tarter. I open the box and heartbreak?my order is wrong. Too tired to put real clothes back on and drive back. I slump inmy chair, looking to see if any bag fries escaped my view. Waste of money, waste of time. Overall, I had a very positive experience here! I'm giving them four stars, as opposed to 5, because there were a couple of... minor items, here and there, that were a tad out of place. But, I'm happy with the service I received from the manager who wasworking the front cash register last night. Unfortunately, neither he nor the Latina woman---who's also a manager,presumably---were wearing any name tags. That's another reason why I'm only giving them four stars. Perhaps if they had beenwearing name tags, I could have given the store five stars and I could have recognized them...especially him. I'm sure that theyintentionally did not have on name tags so that should someone have a complaint against them, they wouldn't be able to use theirnames. But, I don't have a complaint against them. On the contrary, I wanted to compliment them for wonderfulservice...especially him. And even though all the tables were not perfectly clean and there were a few items leaving the store abit debris-ridden in some places, I was pleased for the most part. Even the men's restroom was mostly clean. I'd say for afast-food restaurant, this is great work! Check out the photos! Read more
