If I could give zero stars I would. I am absolutely flabbergasted on how unprofessional, unorganized, & hostile the staff was.... Let?s see- where to begin. I waited an hour for two appetizers - they ended up coming out with our actual meal. What a waste ofmoney at that point. Not only did they botch the appetizers, they completely forgot one. While hearing my stomach eat itself, Idecided to get a beer to wait it out. The beer mug was STEAMING HOT with lukewarm beer. Now you tell me if you would drink that?I finally am an hour & a half in since walking through the door with only about 5-10 occupied tables in the whole place. Thefood after a long time showed up. One burger was completely wrong, & our waiter was absolutely flabbergasted when we told him itwas the wrong one (like it was our fault). After telling him to go get the manager, I had the opportunity to speak with himmyself. He was nice but was just as clueless as our waiter. But props to him for atleast trying to make it right instead ofcatch a hostile attitude with the paying customers. At the end of the day, the manager did offer to take an appetizer & a burgeroff of our bill - Thank you for that. Used to live in Columbus and was a big fan of Donatos pizza. Learned that Red Robin now has them on the menu. Enjoyed the... Founders Favorite just like I did in the 90's. Delicious! Looking forward to my next visit. Read more

My family and I are all fans of Red Robin. We most often eat at the one in St. Peters, MO, but we have eaten at them in many... different cities across the country. The last few times we?ve been to the one in Chesterfield, we have been very disappointed inthe fries. The only thing I can figure out is that when they start getting old, they must refry them to try to freshen them up.They are darker in color than they should be and they are also chewy in a way that isn?t good compared to what we are used to.If you are refrying your fries, then I think you should stop. I?ve heard of some McDonald?s doing that and I don?t thinkcorporate would approve. Read more

Terrible experience. I LOVE Red Robin, but the Chesterfield location was dirty my shoes were sticking to the carpet and tables... were left unbussed. Understaffed. And the staff that was there were very inattentive. We didn't get silver ware or refills andthe food was cold. Definitely disappointed as Red Robin is one of my favorite food places. Read more

UPDATE: Jun 2022- this place used to be great but it continues to go downhill more and more every time we visit. Today was the... last. The food was absolutely terrible and the place wasn't very clean at all. My burger was dripping water/grease quiteexcessively, tomatoes were mush and old, avocado was brown and I didn't even eat it...just gross. $112 for food worse thanMcDonald's is not my idea of a good dinner. Table was never bussed and we had stacks of dishes and glasses to workaround. Also, watched several people come and go and the condiments left on the tables were never cleaned between customers. That's just nasty even without the covid concerns. I am very disappointed in this place because my family used to love it. Food was also not correct and had to send back for "no mayo". Also worth noting, we have been several times in the past fewmonths when they didn't have enough employees to keep it open so either they turned us away or the wait was over 2 hours. Justsad to see this at what used to be a great restaurant. Amazing service! Brian and Sydney are simply awesome...this was thebest service we have had anywhere in years! Food was awesome as well! This is the best Red Robin in the Greater St. Louis area. I am on a special diet, and their menu meets my requirements, so I?ve... eaten at most of them. There?s something about this location that causes staff to go above and beyond. They?re exceedinglypolite and helpful. The food is always consistent, hot and predictable. To-go orders are packed in the nicest containers withutensils, napkins, condiments , etc. William is one of the servers at this location. So kind and attentive, you?d think it?s the1950s. During the pandemic they?ve never whined or made excuses; they?ve faced the challenge head-in and stayed open and activeway more than the other restaurants in the area. Read more

It was gooood. I had impossible cheeseburger®? which was good. Fries are good and staff was so friendly. BUT we had to wait for... like 40 min for a table, but half of the restaurant was occupied, which was weird and I don?t like. People left because of longwait, I would too honestly. I had a blue ribbon burger it was outstanding my daughter had the turkey burger really good as well. The restaurants was very... clean we were there around 7:30 at night. We had one soda two burgers an order of sweet potato fries my daughter drank waterand it cost $30 dollars. Our waitress was outstanding she was very attentive. One of the only things I noticed they were a bitslow on cleaning the empty tables. I recommend this location I would eat here again Read more
