Smash burger used to be top notch reliable for a few things - juicy hot burgers and cooked to perfection hot fries. Now the food... is just okay, not as hot and fresh tasting as it was. This location seems to be on the decline and I don?t expect it will lastmuch longer. Not kept up well, short on staff, and not many people inside lately. Not like it used to be. I've been going to this location for five years and it has steadily declined; food and service. The... burgers and fries used to be great but now they are average. The customer service is average, too. I've been there a coupletimes in a row where the food was ok and so was the service. I'd choose Five Guys, Dave and Tony's, or even Wendy's overSmashburger. Love smash burger and blindly came in due to other experiences. Throughly disappointed in the quality of food and lack there... off. 3 napkins in trying to dry out the dripping grease off the fries and I?m nauseous. The burger was the same way. If you canfind a Five Guys you?re much better off. Read more
First time here. I got the bacon smash burger , my husband got the brisket and bacon. They were presented beautifully. My... burger was delicious. My husbands burger could?ve used a bit more flavor. Maybe a sauce on the side or more seasoning to theactual meat. I think the only other thing was the limit on napkins. There were no napkins. And when we received our meals therewere 2 napkins each on our trays. I even went to the bathroom to grab a few paper towels, there were absolutely none in thereeither. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The building needs maintenance (front door difficult to open, holes/dents in... walls from tables, toilet wouldn?t flush, paper towel machine not functioning.) The food could have been decent enough, but itsure wasn?t. Just for a burger and fries, (no drink) the cost was over $13. That?s fine if it?s good. The top burger bun wasnearly refrigerator cold. The meat was warm, however. The fries were room temp and obviously old. Did I talk to someone? No.Service was also lacking. My advice: Not far from this place is a hip, local cafe with about the best burgers in town foralmost exactly the same price. Check out The Wolf Cafe and order the Joe burger. (Grass-fed beef, nitrate-free bacon, and cookedto order with air-fried tator tots) That?s what I usually do, but thought I?d give Smashburger a try. Read more
It was okay. This was my first time trying Smashburger. I was glad I could get a burger with lettuce as a bun. I was... disappointed they couldn?t do onions. Their burger patties are very thin, and I wish I knew that so I could?ve done a double.The burger was good. Nothing super special. It wasn?t as filling as I?d like (I don?t eat a lot either). Smashtots are DELICIOUS! Great service, they bring your order to the table. Chocolate shake was cold and tasted homemade. Bacon... Smashburger was cooked perfectly and the strips of bacon were huge! My bestie and I spent about $35 for two drinks, burgers wsides & an extra order of fries. Would def eat here again! Read more
