Met friends here. This was the middle. Service was okay and food was good, but the dining room and restrooms were filthy. The... owner refuses to honor Subway coupons. They had no ice for your drinks in 100 degree weather. Won't be back. Avoid Chesterfieldlocation. Read more

I visited your store on July 5th at 3:00 and the gal working there was extremely rude. No greeting, no smile and no patients. I... was ordering for my coworkers as we work in that area. The subway closest to us is not open right now so this is the nextclosest one. We order out often but I will not be returning to this location. I work in customer service and am appalled by herbehavior. I have never received this kind of customer service at a Subway before. She is definitely unhappy with her job. Obviously the food is always very good!! The Subway at the corner of Clayton and Baxter is awesome!! The two guys that I deal... with the most are great!! The one guy always remembers that I get the Cold Cut Combo. I think that's very nice because I don'treally go too much. Read more

Disappointed. This experience will not stop me from visiting Subway. I love Subway sandwiches. But I will go out of my way to... visit a different location. I ordered a chop salad on Father's Day no lettuce only spinach. They were out of spinach and made itwith lettuce. It was an online order no one called me to let me know it was being changed. My wife picked it up for me so shedidn't know. At the very least don't make the meal until the person shows up to get it, at which point you can then mention thesubstitution of lettuce. Also don't make me feel uncomfortable when I call to get a correction made. Also when I get there topick it up assuming it will already be made since the person took the order again ask me like a game of 20 questions, "What's onthe sandwich?" That implies it is made and ready, maybe you are just checking it's the right person. Try some proper english andask, "What would you like on the sandwich?" Maybe add a sir for even friendlier customer service. Read more
