The guy working was Awesome!! He was very friendly & personable, & a good conversationalist! (Most Subways or sandwich venues... barley speak to their customers except to ask which sandwich add-on's we want) Well at This particular location, the guyworking actually made a quick stop-in to snag a sandwich "To Go" a very pleasant & enjoyable visit!! I arrived an hour and a half after posted opening time and the door was locked. When the employee unlocked the door he looked at... me as if I just kicked a kitten. No conversation while making the sandwich, had his back turned to me while he toasted thesandwich. I took my breakfast sandwich outside and ate at the only table there and could hear his music. (that may not soundlike a big deal but I have no hearing through my right ear and 50% with the left) In addition, the restaurant seemed dirty. Nota good experience. Not going back. Read more
Very frustrating to stop specifically at this location for a gift card purchase and find that the restaurant is not open at... 10:00 a.m. despite the fact that the website and the hours on the door say they open at 8:00 (website), 8:30 (door)! Theemployee on the inside of the store did his best to ignore that I was knocking on the door. He couldn't bother to say "Sorry. We're not open!"??? I waited until 10:00 a.m to see if he was going to open then. He appears to be fervently cleaning andscrubbing in order to ignore my presence. Store still not open. While we have always had a good experience and our food was made well, why have I gone to this location before 7pm on a Saturday... and Sunday and you've already closed? It happened again last night (4/1/17). I drove over at 6:45 and you were closed. Doesn'thelp my cravings for Subway and I then give my business to other sandwich places. This Subway always hast fast, friendly service. They have never been out of anything when I have eaten there - which I cannot... say for many other Subway restaurants in the area. While their lunch rush line is out the door, the wait is never unacceptable.They always seem to be cheerful and friendly despite being incredibly busy. Read more
