This place is seriously good. Ordered the chicken korma at medium heat with garlic nan. I got full halfway through but I kept... eating anyway because it was so, so good. I truly love Taj Palace and their food. The atmosphere inside is very pleasant and nice to experience. The food is amazing and... the best quality Indian food around in Missouri, that's my humble opinion. The staff is very friendly, pleasant and easy to talkto, they are very kind people. Highly recommend if you love Indian food and a nice calming atmosphere or just to pick up, eitherway, a beautiful restaurant all around with great food. Read more

Overall a very good option for indian food if you are in this area. I tried Malai Kofta at extra hot level. Hot is enough even... for a regular Indian people. Taste was 3/5. No complaint may be I had better somewhere else. Kofta balls were bit chewy andgravy looks like mainly made of onion. Loved there Masala Naan. It?s a must try and very unique recipe. Cost wise it?s around$20-$30 per person for a three course Dinner. Read more
Taj Palace is an outstanding restaurant. The Indian Cuisine is Phenomenal. I ordered the Masala Naan Bread (Naan Bread stuffed... with cheese, onion, spinach and cilantro), Chicken Korma, and Lamb Tikka Masala. This was my first time trying Masala NaanBread and the flavor was amazing. I ordered the two entrees with medium heat, that is the perfect spice level if you enjoy amoderate amount of heat. Absolutely delicious!! We ordered far too much but it was some of the best Indian food I?ve ever had in STL. Kashmiri Naan was... OUTSTANDING (1st time having that, could easily have been a dessert), garlic naan, papadums, samosas & onion pakora wereexcellent! Medium lamb curry was our best main although Karahi prawns and Aloo Gobi were scrumptious as well. Chicken tikkamasala had a bit too much cream for our liking, but that?s a personal preference.
