My wife and I met our twin granddaughters and one of their boyfriends at the Old Spaghetti Factory near St. Charles Missouri. We... had never been to The Old Spaghetti Factory anywhere, so it was a 1st time experience for us. The service was pretty good, thefood was mediocre, one of the party ordered Fettuccine alfredo and he's a picky eater but he ate it all. I ordered the meatlovers special, which had meatballs and Italian sausage with spaghetti sauce. Spaghetti sauce was not much, a little tasteless.I ordered a side salad with Italian dressing and the waiter promptly told me that they did not have Italian dressing. I said anItalian restaurant without Italian dressing, that's a new one on me. But overall, it was just OK. I don't think we'll ever goback. Read more

We had a very large party, I'm talking like 50+ people, and this location's manager and staff were extremely accommodating and... executed our visit exceptionally. The site of this place was good. Kind info a old fashion place I like it however , that is where the positive review ends . When... we got to our table the floor was dirty and the hostess stated that people who cleaned the floors only came at night so itremained that way. Our server was good not great just good . The food was the worst part it was as if I could have bought amicrowave dinner and be more satisfied. Cisco could have been a better choice . Really mushroom were bad .there was no Chickenin the fettuccine Alfredo. It was as if they forgot how to make the classic Italian dish . The waiter practically ignored us. We normally tip very well. The portions were tiny for the costs. Ice cream took nearly 20... minutes, then it was melted when we got it. We didn't even really want it, but it was free with our meal, which was expensive sowe figured we needed to eat it. Probably won't visit again, no reason to. Plenty of other options. 2 stars because of the breadand staff wearing masks properly. Read more
