Vito's in the Valley was beyond amazing. We hosted a private brunch party here for my Dad's birthday and the service and food... were outstanding. They were extremely flexible with all of our needs in terms of dietary restrictions and even changed things ontheir menu to accommodate us. Kaleigh helped us out from the beginning to plan our event, and all the waitstaff present at theevent were just wonderful, attentive, polite, and went above and beyond for our guests. This place is nice. I went there in nice jeans and a nice black t shirt. I felt a little under dressed should have worn a least... a polo style shirt. We got there at 9pm and they close at 11pm so we didn't need to wait for a seat. The service was ok, thewaitress seemed like she was having a bad day, not very personable however she did make sure to take care of us. The overallexperience was good, I understand that not everyone can have a good day everyday. The food was delicious some of the foodseemed like you could tell it was close to the time the kitchen closes like it was either rushed or sitting for a little while. I had the honey glazed salmon. Our family of seven went in for a meal following the Spirit of St. Louis Air Show and had a great meal. Our waitress (I think... her name was Katie) was extremely accommodating, especially when we requested specialty items for a 7 month old who has onlyrecently started eating solid food. Went to brunch this morning - it was very nice! We got seated right away and were attended to immediately with water and... beignets (well, our server called them doughnuts) and shortly thereafter came the drink orders. I had a Sicilian Bloody Mariawith citrus vodka which was tremendous. Could have stood another, but ya know, someone has to drive. Luckily my wife did. We allhad lobster benedict for breakfast, it was really heavy on the lobster and tasty and entirely satisfying. I didn't have coffee,but my wife did - she said the coffee, while hotter than expected, could have been stronger. So the service was good and thefood was excellent. We will be back - I want to try the meat lover's omelet and my wife wants the lobster benedict again. Ourfriends will probably come back multiple times before we get back because that's how they are. Great food and very friendly service. The steak was cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was quiet to hear the conversation... at your own table. Prices are a little high but match the quality of the food. Great place for a business dinner or datenight. Read more
