Dining room is not always open which is most inconvenient. Signs in windows are not accurate - one said DR was.open and the... other sign said DR was closed. Food is great! Read more
I don't usually give a bad review. I like telling management and employees of the good things done. Give gratitude and... appreciation to those that go the extra mile. Unfortunately this is not the case. I just went through drive thru and ordered alarge tea and a small ice water. Nothing confusing or difficult, so you would think. First I handed the girl a $5 bill. Shelooked as if are you going to give me the rest? So when I asked her what she had for my order, she said a 3 PC meal. (Thatexplains the look). So I told her no ma'am, I ordered a large tea and a small ice water. She gave me a medium water and a mediumtea. Which at that point was fine. But then gave me 62¢ back. I asked for a receipt because I knew she still didn't have itright. She charged for a medium tea and a bottle of water (which I didn't realize they even sold bottle water). So I asked herif they actually charge $1.99 for a medium cup of water, she got mad grabbed a bottle of water, gave it to me very pushy andrude and said by as she was shutting the window. Read more
Great experience overall. The food was fresh and hot, the workers were polite, and the guests in the whole place were all very... kind. Sometimes my visits to Bojangles in bigger areas leave me frustrated but this one was great. Read more
We went for some good chicken last night after my daughter and her friends first nad concert. All of us went as a group. 9... people. We place out order at 7:45 ...after waiting for almost 30 mins my husband and I went to see what was going on....they"lost" our order the woman explained to me. I was furious. However they offered no apology or anything for that matter to tryand make our bad situation better. It still took 30 mins to get our food after we ask about our order and a other 15 mins forthe tea. I am very disappointed with the service and my experience with our favorite place to eat chicken in my home town....byfar the worst experience I have had a fast food restaurant in a while.
