The food is delicious but the serving size is getting smaller. I would rather pay a little more for what we had been... getting. This location is always busy so expect a short wait but it's not a standstill, just be patient. My complaint aboutthis particular location is the layout of the parking lot and drive thru. It seems to confuse drivers. I've seen driversentering Exit Only lanes multiple times, so pay attention to the cars around you. Read more

Last minute decision to stop because I was in a different city and wasn't able to eat breakfast before I left home. Never a... disappointment, the food is great however it's always the customer service that keeps me coming back. Thank you! This restaurant serves the same great taste that you are used to with the same long lines. We all go because the food is... consistently good. We all wait in the long lines because you know it will be worth it. I'm only giving them a Star deductionbecause my wife has food allergies and the grilled nuggets now use dairy ingredients. This isn't widely advertised and we havebeen told it is temporary until supply chain issues are resolved. I hope this is accurate and it's temporary. HopefullyChick-fil-A also fixes their online allergy document because they hadn't done that yet either. Luckily we had an amazing workerat another restaurant inform us to the change which isn't true at all locations. Read more

The Hull St/Winterpock Rd location was awesome but has declined so bad since Covid. They have mostly new staff and old managers... are gone. My orders have been wrong every other visit. You sit forever in the drive threw line. They have a ton of peopleworking but no one seems to know what?s going on. Dinner time shift is the worst but breakfast is getting to be the same. Theonly good thing is Everyone is still VERY nice and helpful. Hopefully they can fix it soon. Read more

Don?t bother trying to go in even if you hardly see anyone and the drive through is backed up, you will still get your order... faster. Their primary focus is drive through. Employees walk around without acknowledging you or ask you what you maybe waitingon. I will say one worker who was on break asked the manager she nodded and went and continued to serve the drive through. Ifanything the people that actually get out of their cars to go in should be priority. Customer service definitely not up toChick-fil-A standards. Read more

Food was okay but didn't like how they make you order. Two people standing in the drive thur with a tablet to take your order... Can't see the menu to order. When I ask him to tell me what was on the menu so I could order because it was the first time Ihad been there he replied with "we have chicken." Very rude. Told him I knew that. So I just order a chicken sandwich whichonly came with pickles on it nothing else. Won't be going back. Read more
