Terrible I ordered on the app I come in no one was in line and my food wasn't on the shelf. I come to the counter and tell them... I have a online order and instead of grabbing the ticket and making my order for me she proceeds to tell me that someone's goingto make my order in a minute. And then by that time another person comes in the store and she assists them. I see six peoplecoming to the store and get their meals before I picked mine up that I ordered 15 minutes prior. The employee at this location is beyond ill-mannered due to her lack of listening skills! Her chosen methodology of interaction... displayed a shocking measure of unmitigated temerity. Worst chipotle in the Richmond area to eat at. The restaurant was filthy. I ordered a kids build your own taco and they told me... it didn?t come with the two more toppings that the menu says it comes with. I order a fajita bowl and they put all the meat andrice in the bowl then tell me it?s going to be a five minute wait for fajitas. The first two staff I spoke to were very rude andincompetent. The man who rang up my order at the register was the only polite employee. That?s the only reason my review got twostars instead of one. This place has been sliding downhill in quality and customer service and today was the last i'll tolerate. There's too many... other chipotle's and Mexican restaurants nearby to come here. Clearly buying 5 star reviews from local guides too. Portionsizes vary wildly person to person, just today I was served maybe half of what I usually get with a normal order and the personnext in line had easily double mine (neither of us ordered double meat). They argued back at me about it, gave me almost amatching portion (but I figured alright fine good enough) then charged me for double portion right as the receipt printed afterthey told me the price was a single portion. They are constantly out of a main ingredient (today was guacamole, last time waspork). Not worth the $10+ to deal with their service anymore. Read more
This location is terrible. A few months ago I watched an employee walk up the the rice on the front line with a spoon in her... hand and scoop rice right out of the bin into her mouth. It was super gross and unsanitary. I gave up on this location for awhile but decided to give it another shot yesterday. First, I witnessed an employee totally screw up an order for the personahead of me in line. Then, the same employee was putting the finishing touches on my burrito bowl and I asked for guacamole. Heproceeds to scoop a GIANT portion on to my bowl (I love guacamole but this was seriously a lot) and then he goes in for anotherscoop. I asked him to stop, he didn't, and instead dumped another giant scoop on my order. When I commented on it he said "thisis the standard portion." It wasn't. It was seriously like a 1/2 pound of the stuff. Then the area with the utensils andnapkins was filthy and not stocked. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for napkins. This Chipotle is great! I've had nothing but the best experience here. The store is clean, employees are friendly, and the food... tastes great. Several of the line workers wear their masks which I personally appreciate since the pandemic is ongoing. I willdefinitely be a regular here! Read more
Ordered online. After waiting almost 30 minutes asked the young lady where it was. She was it was already picked up. Noticed a... Door Dash order sitting there from earlier with a somewhat close name. Told me I had to wait behind everyone else to get itremade. Now in for about 40 minutes. Extremely rude employee with zero customer service skills. . Left without food. It's badwhen a 17 year old boy says he's never going back to Chipotle again. This location has been on a severe downslide sinceopening. Rude employees and now is super filthy. Even the teenagers don't want to eat there. Read more
