Food is always good.despite always being busy they get your food out pretty fast.
I had ordered from this place a year and a half ago, was totally disgusted. Gave it another shot today,, absolutely delicious,... new team? new management? I don't know but keep up the delicious subs and I will be ordering again!! 5 STARS 4 months later,they are still knocking it out of the park, the #13 Italian is my favorite, and it always is delicious, I could NOT giveanything else around here the same opinion. Always a nice atmosphere here. Was here to pick up an order for someone else today and one of the young gentleman took an... elderly woman's order out to her car for her so she didn't have to carry it, he also rushed to make sure he was ahead of her toopen the door for her on her way out. The subs always taste great, but it seems like their sub rolls have gotten a bit smaller in the past few months.
I must've picked the busiest night in the world to order from this Jersey Mike's! LOL! I placed my order online for a giant #17,... the Philly Cheese Steak with extra meat...mmmm! I also ordered a #17 bowl c of the same thing with extra meat and cheese! Doubleyum!!???????? Well, the website indicated that my order would be ready in about 30 minutes so I changed clothes and drove on up.I was about 5-7 minutes early, but they were packed!! I looked for the place to check in for pick-up orders, but I didn't seeany particular signage indicating such a place, so I just kinda stood there looking pitiful til 1 of the employees asked for myname. He told me that my steaks were just getting ready to go on the grill. I thought, "Good. They'll be good and hot when I gethome." Another 20 or so minutes, possibly longer, I finally saw another young man putting my steaks on the grill. After, oh,maybe another 10 minutes, a young lady finally called my name. The meal experience was as enjoyable as expected. We tried an Italian wrap...it did not disappoint. The wraps were prepared... promptly and just the way prefer to have them. We are regular patrons of Jersey Mike's. 100 percent of the experiences are greateverytime ????. Read more
I ordered the giant sub club with added bacon through the mobile app and I must say I wasn?t disappointed. My order was ready... when I arrived and I was completely satisfied. I have two complaints which my 1st complaint is that my bread may have been oldor sitting out for a while because it was a little hard and and the other not so much complaint but disagreement was that thesandwich cost me $16.80 ($2.50 for bacon). I wouldn?t say it?s worth paying $16 or if I?d purchase the giant again but I can saymy sandwich was good and prepared quickly. I ate 2 of the 4 portions and I was full which was a good thing. So overall betweenthe great customer service and the sandwich making me full I give 4 stars but the value definitely is not reasonable. Read more
